Location

The comfortable hotel, which opened its doors in June 2025, is located in the Gündogdu holiday area, approx. 380 m from the extensive, gently sloping sandy beach. (Regular shuttle to the beach available) The center of Side is approx. 12 km away, Manavgat approx. 15 km, and Antalya Airport is approx. 55 km away. Regular public minibus connections and taxis are available near the hotel.

The modern holiday resort consists of a main building with four to six floors and an island building with three floors, with a total of 486 rooms and several elevators. The hotel's various facilities include an elegant lobby with seating areas, reception and lobby bar, the buffet restaurant with terrace, several à la carte restaurants (subject to availability and reservation for stays of at least seven nights once, included, and for stays of 14 nights or more, a second time included), a 24-hour snack restaurant (à la carte service), several bars, a discotheque, an indoor pool with a separate children's pool, and a patisserie. Shops, a mini-market, and a hairdresser are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel and beach area. The well-kept garden features a freshwater swimming pool, an aqua park with five water slides for adults, and a children's aqua park with three water slides for the little ones (hourly), a sun terrace, and a pool bar, a beach club with a snack restaurant (à la carte service). Sun loungers, mattresses, sunshades, and bath towels are available free of charge by the pool.

Double Room

The modern, comfortably furnished rooms, approx. 32 sqm, are equipped with a double bed and a single bed, shower/WC, bathrobe, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (individually regulated/VRF), minibar, kettle and coffee/tea setup, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Pool view (PD) or direct sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DM). Double room for single use (DE/PDE/DEM).

With similar amenities and size as the double rooms, but featuring a double bed or two single beds, located in the main building in a less favorable position (PRZ). Double room for single use (PRE).

The particularly well-equipped rooms feature a capsule coffee machine, ceramic flooring, and direct access to the communal pool of this category (SWD). Double room for single use (SWE). Sun loungers on the balcony standing on the water, turn-down service (room cleaning and bed preparation in the afternoon upon request), and the minibar is additionally stocked with beer, peanuts, and crackers.

Family Room

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, they feature an additional sleeping area with a connecting door and are approx. 54 sqm in size (DF2).

Double Room Bunk Bed

The approx. 32 sqm rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms, but feature a double bed and a bunk bed (DE2/So26: D2X).

Promo Family Room

With otherwise identical amenities and size to the family rooms, these rooms are located in a less favorable position (2FA).

Swim Up Suite (Bookable for ages 13+)

The approx. 54 sqm rooms have similar amenities to the swim-up rooms, with an additional living area with a sofa bed, capsule coffee machine, and direct access to the communal pool. Turn-down service (room cleaning and bed preparation in the afternoon upon request), and the minibar is additionally stocked with beer, peanuts, and crackers (2SU).

Double Room Whirlpool (Summer 2026)

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms feature a whirlpool (DDJ). Double room for single use (EDJ).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast (with fresh orange juice) in the main restaurant, lunch and dinner buffet, various food and drink options in the beach club, patisserie with coffee/tea and pastries. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and selected imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks on arrival and refilled daily. Wearing an Ultra-All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
