The comfortable hotel, which opened its doors in June 2025, is located in the Gündogdu holiday area, approx. 380 m from the extensive, gently sloping sandy beach. (Regular shuttle to the beach available) The center of Side is approx. 12 km away, Manavgat approx. 15 km, and Antalya Airport is approx. 55 km away. Regular public minibus connections and taxis are available near the hotel.

The modern holiday complex consists of a main building with four to six floors and an Island building with three floors, comprising a total of 486 rooms with several elevators. The hotel facilities include an elegant lobby with seating areas, reception, and lobby bar, the buffet restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (subject to availability and reservation for stays of at least seven nights, one visit included, and a second visit included for stays of 14 nights or more), a 24-hour snack restaurant (à la carte service), several bars, a disco, an indoor pool with a separate children's pool, and a patisserie. Shops, a mini-market, and a hairdresser are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel and beach area. The well-maintained garden features a freshwater swimming pool, a water park with five water slides for adults, and a children's water park with three water slides for the little ones (seasonal), sun terrace, and a pool bar, a beach club with a snack restaurant (à la carte service). Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and bath towels are available free of charge by the pool.

The modern rooms, approx. 32 m², are comfortably furnished with a double bed and a single bed, shower/WC, bathrobe, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning (VRF), minibar, kettle, and coffee/tea making facilities, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Pool view (PD) or direct sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DM). Double room for single use (DE/PDE/DEM).

With similar amenities and size to the double rooms, these rooms have a double bed or two single beds and are located in the main building in a less preferred location (PRZ). Double room for single use (PRE).

These specially equipped rooms feature a capsule coffee machine, ceramic flooring, and direct access to the communal pool of this category (SWD). Double room for single use (SWE). Sun loungers on the balcony over the water, turn-down service (room cleaning and bed preparation upon request in the afternoon), and the minibar is additionally stocked with beer, peanuts, and crackers.

Otherwise identically equipped to the double rooms, these rooms have an additional bedroom with a connecting door and are approx. 54m² in size (DF2).

The approx. 32 m² rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms, but feature a double bed and a bunk bed (DE2/So26: D2X).

Otherwise identically equipped and sized to the family rooms, these rooms are located in a less preferred area (2FA).

The approx. 54 m² rooms have similar amenities to the Swim-Up rooms, with an additional living area with a sofa bed, capsule coffee machine, and direct access to the communal pool. Turn-down service (room cleaning and bed preparation upon request in the afternoon), and the minibar is additionally stocked with beer, peanuts, and crackers (2SU).

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms feature a whirlpool (DDJ). Double room for single use (EDJ).

Breakfast (with fresh orange juice) in the main restaurant, lunch and dinner in buffet style, various food and drink options in the Beach Club, patisserie with coffee/tea and pastries. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as selected imported beverages, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks upon arrival and replenished daily. Wearing an Ultra All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
