The spacious holiday resort is located directly on the gently sloping sandy beach. The center of Side with numerous shopping and entertainment venues as well as restaurants and bars is approx. 12 km away; Manavgat is approx. 17 km away and Alanya is approx. 75 km away. Antalya Airport is approx. 55 km away. Taxi and minibus connections to the surrounding towns are available near the hotel.

Summer:
The family-friendly holiday residence covers a total area of 32,000m² and offers 308 rooms (to be renovated for Summer 25) across four floors. It features an impressive lobby with a reception, TV room, lobby bar, and comfortable seating areas. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire complex, in public areas, and in the rooms. Buffet meals are served in the main restaurant with a terrace (including a non-smoking area). Internet café, conference rooms, hairdresser, and shops (each for a fee). The indoor pool is available depending on weather conditions and the hotelier's discretion. Additionally, the resort features a snack restaurant, various à-la-carte restaurants (each for a fee), a pool bar, as well as other bars and a disco (approx. 11:30 PM–2 AM). Free Starbucks coffee. In the well-maintained garden area, you will find the pool landscape with a large activity pool connected to the aqua park with water slides (operating at set hours), an interactive children's pool with 5 water slides and one baby slide, a relax pool (each heated subject to weather and season), and a sun terrace, as well as a snack bar and pool bar. Sunshades, loungers, and beach towels are provided free of charge at the pool and beach.
Winter:
- The beach bar is not open
- Depending on the number of guests, either the relax pool or the main pool is heated, subject to weather conditions.

Accommodation

Double Room

The pleasantly furnished, air-conditioned rooms (centrally controlled) are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, LCD satellite TV, safe, sofa bed (for 3rd person occupancy), minibar, electric kettle with a selection of coffee/tea (replenished daily), direct-dial telephone, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Side sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DMS). Double room = single room for single use (DE/DES/DEA).

Family Room

With otherwise identical features, these consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door and one bathroom (DF2). A side sea view can be booked for an additional charge (FS2).

Super Saver Room (Summer)

Are identical to the double rooms.

Comfort Room (Winter)

With similar features to the standard rooms, these offer land views and a maximum occupancy of 2 people (2CD).

All Inclusive

Buffet with a variety of fresh dishes in a large, bright restaurant.

Ultra All Inclusive

Extensive buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Late-riser breakfast (10:30 AM–12:00 PM), international and Turkish snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, ice cream during the day, and midnight snacks. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and selected imported drinks are included around the clock at the currently open bars. The minibar is stocked daily with soft drinks, beer, and water.

Additional imported drinks, premium drinks, hookah, and bottled drinks.
