The sprawling holiday complex is located directly on the gently sloping sandy beach. The center of Side with numerous shopping and entertainment facilities as well as restaurants and bars is approx. 12 km away, Manavgat is approx. 17 km and Alanya approx. 75 km. Antalya Airport is approx. 55 km away. Taxis and minibuses to the surrounding towns are available near the hotel.

Summer:
The family-friendly holiday domicile covers a total area of 32,000m2, with a total of 308 rooms (to be renovated for Summer 25) spread over four floors, offering an impressive lobby with reception, TV room, lobby bar and cozy seating areas. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex, in public areas, and in the rooms. The main restaurant with terrace (also with a non-smoking area) offers buffet dishes. Internet cafe, conference rooms, hairdresser and shops (each for a fee). The indoor pool is available depending on the weather and at the hotelier's discretion. The complex also has a snack restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (each for a fee), a pool bar, as well as other bars and a disco (approx. 11:30 PM - 2 AM). Free Starbucks coffee. The well-kept garden area features a pool landscape with a large activity pool connected to the aquapark with water slides (seasonal), an interactive children's pool with 5 water slides and a baby slide, a relaxation pool (each heated depending on weather and season) and sun terrace, snack and pool bar. Umbrellas, sun loungers, and towels are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach.
Winter:
- the beach bar is not open
- depending on the number of guests, either the relaxation pool or the main pool is heated depending on the weather

Double room

The friendly furnished air-conditioned rooms (centrally controlled) are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, LCD satellite TV, safe, sofa bed (for 3rd person), minibar, kettle with coffee/tea selection (refilled daily), direct dial telephone, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Side sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DMS). Double room = single room for single use (DE/DES/DEA).

With otherwise the same facilities, they consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door and one bathroom (DF2). Side sea view can be booked at an additional charge (FS2).
