Location

The Side Royal Palace is located in Evrenseki, about 260 m from the hotel's own wide sandy beach. A shuttle service is available every half hour (April 1 - October 31). Shops and bars can be found after approx. 100 m, and the picturesque town of Side is about 7 km away. Public minibus connections are available.

The hotel consists of one building with a total of 242 rooms spread over six floors. A spacious reception hall with a reception desk, Wi-Fi included, elevators, elegant seating areas, and a lobby bar welcomes you. For your culinary well-being, there is the main restaurant with a terrace, two specialty restaurants (one dinner per stay included for bookings of 7 days or more, with prior reservation), a patisserie, and other bars. Furthermore, there is an LCD satellite TV area, an indoor pool with a separate children's pool (open and heated from November 1 to April 30), and an attractive spa area. There are also various shops and a hairdresser (both for a fee). In the beautifully designed outdoor area, you will find a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, an aqua park with three water slides, the pool/snackbar, and sun terraces. Here and at the hotel's own beach with beach bar, sun loungers, umbrellas/shades, and bath towels are included.
Winter:
- 2 à la carte restaurants in the sister hotel Side Royal Style (1x per 7 nights with reservation included).
- Sun loungers and bath towels are included on the sun terrace.
- Soft animation during the day, 6 days a week.
- Pool bar, beach bar, and all associated units, as well as the aqua park with water slides, are not in operation.
- Room service from 8 am to midnight (for a fee).
- Buffet restaurant can be used at Side Royal Style depending on occupancy.
- Heated outdoor pool at Side Royal Style can be used from November 1 to April 30.
- Beach bar closed in winter; as a gesture of goodwill, the hotel may offer beach service depending on the weather.

Double Room

The brightly decorated rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (central and hourly), safe, Wi-Fi, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, coffee/tea setup with kettle, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Bookable as a double room type A in Wi'25/26 (DA). Double room for single use (DE/So'25 DY1/Wi'25/26 DAE/So26 DEA). In Summer 26, bookable at more favorable conditions in limited numbers and at specific times as double room for single use (DEB). Sea view at a surcharge (DY2).

Double Room with direct pool access +16 years (Summer)

These rooms offer direct pool access (PZ2) with the same amenities as the double rooms. For safety reasons, children are not allowed. You will also receive a fruit basket and a bottle of wine upon arrival, a plate of cookies daily in the afternoon during tea/coffee time, and bathrobes and slippers included.

Family Room

These rooms offer two rooms with a connecting door and a shower/WC, with the same amenities as the double rooms. You will also receive a baby package upon request (baby cot, bottle warmer, sterilizer, baby bathtub, and baby shampoo, subject to availability) included (DF2).

Comfort Double Room (Winter 25/26/Summer 26)

These rooms offer two rooms with a connecting door and a shower/WC, with the same amenities as the double rooms (2CD/2CB).

Double Room with Pool View (Winter 25/26/Summer26)

These rooms offer a pool view (PD) with the same amenities as the double rooms. Upper floors can be booked as an upgrade (Wi25/26 E20/So26 E20/E10). Double room for single use bookable (PDE). Can be booked at more favorable conditions with limited availability at certain times under (APD/So26 PDR).
From Summer 26: Upon arrival, you will find a fruit platter, wine, bathrobes, slippers, and a complimentary trial massage in the room (only for APD/PDR).

Super Saver Room (Summer 26)

With similar amenities to the double rooms, but in a less preferred ground floor location, and featuring a double bed and balcony (SSZ). Double room for single use (SSE).

Superior Double Room (Summer 2026)

With similar amenities to the double rooms, but located on the upper floors of the hotel and featuring the following amenities: fruit basket and wine, bathrobes, and 1x 15-minute complimentary massage (DSU).

Rich buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner, late riser's breakfast, welcome drinks upon arrival, pastries at the patisserie during the day and at specific times on the beach in the afternoon, ice cream hours in summer (at the pool and on the beach), various snacks at the beach bar (seasonal), and a small midnight buffet. One dinner per stay at one of the two specialty restaurants is included for bookings of 7 days or more with prior reservation and subject to availability. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and some imported drinks are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bar. The mini-fridge is stocked daily with still water, beer, and soft drinks, and the coffee/tea setup is also refilled. Snacks are available during the day. Various summer refreshments are offered on the beach and by the pool. During the winter season, services may be provided in one restaurant or at the sister hotel Side Royal Style, depending on the number of guests.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Various imported drinks and freshly squeezed fruit juices.
