Location

Side Royal Palace is located in Evrenseki, approximately 260 m from the hotel's own wide sandy beach. A shuttle service is available every half hour (1.4.-31.10.). Shopping facilities and bars can be found approximately 100 m away, and the picturesque town of Side is reachable after about 7 km. Public minibus connections are available.

The hotel consists of one building with a total of 242 rooms spread over six floors. A spacious lobby with reception, Wi-Fi included, lifts, stylish seating areas, and a lobby bar welcomes you. For your dining pleasure, there is a main restaurant with a terrace, two specialty restaurants (dinner once per stay for bookings of 7 days or more with advance reservation), a patisserie, and additional bars. Furthermore, there is an LCD satellite TV corner, an indoor pool with a separate children's pool (open and heated from 1.11. to 30.4.), and an appealing wellness area. In addition, various shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee) are available. In the beautifully designed outdoor area, you will find a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, an aqua park with three water slides, a pool/snack bar, and sun terraces. Here and at the hotel's own beach with a beach bar, sun loungers, sun umbrellas/awnings, and beach towels are included.
Winter:
- 2 à la carte restaurants at the sister hotel Side Royal Style (1x with 7 nights, reservation included).
- Sun loungers and beach towels are included on the sun terrace.
- Soft animation during the day 6 days a week.
- The beach and all associated units as well as the aqua park with water slides are not in operation.
- Room service from 8 am - 12 am (for a fee).
- Buffet restaurant can be used at Side Royal Style depending on occupancy.
- Heated outdoor pool from 1.11.-30.4. can also be used at Side Royal Style.
- Beach bar closed in winter; as a courtesy, the hotel offers a beach service depending on the weather.

Double Room

The brightly furnished rooms offer shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (central and hourly), safe, Wi-Fi, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, coffee/tea setup with kettle, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). In winter, bookable as Double Room Type A (DA) or on the upper floor (MDA). DR=SR for single occupancy (DE/DEA). In Summer 26, available in limited numbers and at certain times at more favorable conditions as DR=SR (DEB). Sea-side view bookable for an additional charge (DY2).

Double Room with Direct Pool Access +16 Years (Summer)

With the same features as the Double Rooms, these rooms offer direct pool access (PZ2). For safety reasons, children are not permitted to stay in these rooms. You will also receive a fruit basket and a bottle of wine upon arrival, daily afternoon cookies with tea/coffee service in the room, bathrobe, and slippers included.

Family Room

With the same features as the Double Rooms, these offer two rooms with a connecting door and a shower/WC. You will also receive a baby package on request (baby cot, bottle warmer, sterilizer, baby bathtub, and baby shampoo, subject to availability) included (DF2).

Comfort Double Room

With the same features as the Double Rooms, these offer two rooms with a connecting door and a shower/WC (2CD).

Double Room Pool View

These rooms offer the same features as the Double Rooms and feature a pool view (PD). Upper floors can be booked (E20/E10). DR=SR can be booked for single occupancy (PDE). Available at more favorable conditions with limited contingent at certain times under (So26 PDR/Wi26 APD).
In Summer 26: Upon arrival in the room (only APD/PDR), a fruit plate, wine, bathrobes, slippers, and a free introductory massage are included.

Super Economy Room (Summer 26)

With similar features to the Double Rooms but in a less preferred location on the ground floor, featuring a double bed and balcony (SSZ). DR=SR for single occupancy (SSE).

Superior Double Room (Summer 2026)

With similar features to the Double Rooms but located on the upper floors of the hotel and including the following amenities: fruit basket and wine, bathrobes, and 1x 15min free massage (DSU).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from rich buffets, late-riser breakfast, welcome drinks upon arrival, pastries in the patisserie during the day, and in the afternoon at certain times on the beach, ice cream hours in the summer (at the pool and on the beach), various snacks at the beach bar (seasonal), and a small midnight buffet. Once per stay, a dinner in one of the two specialty restaurants for bookings of 7 days or more with advance reservation and subject to availability. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and some import drinks are available 24 hours at the respective open bar. The mini-fridge is replenished daily with still water, beer, and soft drinks; the coffee/tea setup is also replenished. Various snacks are offered during the day; different summer refreshments are provided on the beach and by the pool. In the winter season, the service may take place in a restaurant depending on the number of guests or at the sister hotel Side Royal Style.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Various import drinks and freshly squeezed fruit juices.
