Location

The comfortable hotel is located in Evrenseki, approx. 400 m from the hotel's own wide sandy beach. You can reach the surrounding area comfortably several times a day using the complimentary hotel shuttle. Shopping facilities and bars are only approx. 200 m away, and the picturesque old town of Side is about 7 km away. Public minibus connections complement the service.

The modernly designed holiday destination consists of a main building and an annex with a total of 325 rooms, each with four floors. A spacious lobby with reception, Wi-Fi included, lifts, stylish seating areas, and a lobby bar warmly welcomes guests. Culinarically, a main restaurant with a terrace (weather permitting), several à-la-carte restaurants (one visit per stay from 7 nights included), a patisserie, and various bars await you. The appealing spa area offers relaxation. Shops and a hairdresser are available for a fee.
In the well-kept outdoor area, there are two freshwater pools, including a pool with a wheelchair lift and an integrated children's pool, an aqua park with three water slides, as well as a pool/snack bar and spacious sun terraces. Sun loungers, sunshades, and pool towels are included at the pool and the hotel's own beach with a beach bar.
A comprehensive renovation of the hotel is planned for winter 2026/27.

Accommodation

Double Room

The attractively decorated rooms in the main building or the annex offer a double bed and a sofa bed for the third person, shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (centrally controlled), safe, electric kettle with coffee/tea setup, minibar, parquet flooring, and balcony or terrace (D). Rooms with pool view can be booked for an extra charge (PD/PID). DR=SR for single use (DE/PDE). For summer '27, a limited number of double rooms with land view are available at cheaper rates under the room type (DI). Double rooms are also available for single use under room types DEA/DEB.

Super Saver Room

With the same features as the double rooms, these rooms are slightly smaller and located on the top floor (access via stairs). They have a small balcony and are located in either the main building or the annex (SSZ). Also bookable for single use (SSE).

Large Double Room

Are slightly more spacious with the same features as the double rooms, feature a double and a single bed, are located in the annex, and offer a bathroom/WC as well as a terrace or balcony (D2X). Summer '26 rooms with pool view are bookable for an extra charge (GDP). DR=SR for single use (D1X/DPE).

Single Room (AYTA45)

These are double rooms for single occupancy (E).

Family Room

Located in the annex and offering an additional bedroom with connecting door, otherwise with the same features as the double rooms (DF2). Summer '26 rooms with pool view are bookable for an extra charge (FP2).

Superior Room

With similar features to the double rooms, guests booking this category receive an additional 20-minute taster massage, 25% discount in the spa area, as well as a second free visit to the à-la-carte restaurant (DSU).

Swim-Up Room

With similar features to the double rooms, these rooms have a terrace with direct access to the communal pool and are bookable from age 16+ (SWD).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in buffet form. In addition, a late breakfast, pastries in the patisserie during the day, ice cream in the patisserie and at the beach bar, seasonally changing snacks at the beach bar, as well as a small midnight buffet await you. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as selected imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the currently open bars. The mini-fridge is restocked daily with still water and freshly squeezed fruit juices.
