Location

The comfortable hotel is located in Evrenseki, approx. 400 m from the hotel's own wide sandy beach. A free hotel shuttle is available several times a day and runs at short intervals. Shops and bars can be found after approx. 200 m, and the picturesque town of Side can be reached after about 7 km. Public minibus connections are available.

The modernly designed holiday complex consists of a main and an adjacent building with a total of 325 rooms, each on four floors. A spacious reception hall with a reception, Wi-Fi included, elevators, chic seating areas and a lobby bar welcomes you warmly. The main restaurant with a terrace (weather permitting), various à la carte restaurants (once included with a 7-night stay, twice with a 14-night stay), a patisserie, a Turkish café, other bars and the appealing wellness area are also available for your culinary well-being. A game hall, various shops and the hairdresser are available for a fee. In the beautifully designed outdoor area, you will find two freshwater swimming pools (one with a wheelchair lift to the pool) with an integrated children's pool, an aquapark with three water slides, the pool/snackbar and sun terraces. Sun loungers with integrated cushions, sunshades and roofs as well as beach towels are included here and at the hotel's own beach with a beach bar.
Please note the following restrictions in winter:
- No beach bar.
- No sun loungers, sunshades, and roofs on the beach.
- No shuttle service to the beach.
- Beach is closed.
- Water slides are not in operation.
- Outdoor pools are open depending on the weather.

Double Room

The attractively decorated rooms in the main or adjacent building offer a shower/toilet, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (centrally controlled), safe, electric kettle with coffee/tea setup, minibar, parquet flooring and a balcony or terrace (D). Rooms with a pool view can be booked at an additional cost (PD). Double room = single use (DE/PDE).

Super Saver Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, but slightly smaller, located in the attic (accessible by stairs) and with a small balcony. Located in either the main or adjacent building (SSZ). Double room = single use (SSE).

Large Double Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, they are slightly more spacious, have a double bed and a single bed, are located in the adjacent building and offer a bathroom/toilet and a terrace or balcony (D2X). Rooms with a pool view can be booked at an additional cost (GDP). Double room = single use (D1X/DPE).

Single Room (AYTA45)

These are double rooms for single use (E).

Family Room

Located in the adjacent building and otherwise offering the same amenities as the double rooms, they have an additional bedroom with a connecting door (DF2). Rooms with a pool view can be booked at an additional cost (FP2).
(Additionally bookable from Winter 2025 under AYTA45 as FZ with garden view (F2G) and FZ garden view type I (FGI).

Ultra All Inclusive (Summer)

Extensive buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, late riser breakfast, pastries available during the day at the patisserie, ice cream at the patisserie and beach bar, various snacks at the beach bar (seasonal) and a small midnight buffet. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and some imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The mini-fridge is stocked daily with still water and soft drinks.
