Summer:
The modern hotel complex covers a total area of 40,000 m² with a total of 498 rooms across six floors (nine elevators available). The amenities of your holiday accommodation include an elegant reception hall with a seating area and lobby bar, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel is included, the buffet restaurant with terrace, a separate children's restaurant in summer, various à la carte restaurants (reservations and service charge required, alternately open depending on occupancy), several bars, a nightclub, and a patisserie. There is also a hairdresser and various shops (each for a fee). A game room with several attractions, a conference room, and the spa and wellness center (each for a fee). The beautiful hotel gardens feature a spacious swimming pool area with sun terraces, pool bar/snack bar, and a separate children's pool. There is also an amusement park and an aqua park with water slides (open for limited hours and weather permitting from April 15th to October 31st). Sun loungers and umbrellas are included for our guests by the pool and on the hotel's private beach section with beach bar/snack bar (April 1st - October 31st). Bath towels are free once per day; a change on the same day incurs a fee.
Winter:
- The terrace of the main restaurant is closed in winter.
- Sun loungers and bath towels are available from November 1st to March 31st in the heated indoor pool with a separate children's pool.
- Beach volleyball, air rifle shooting, boccia, and all outdoor activities are not offered.
- Babysitting is available upon request and for a fee.
- Entertainment includes soft animation, evening shows, occasional live music, and a nightclub.
- All outdoor facilities are not available from November 1st to March 31st.
- The children's buffet is closed.

Double Room

The modernly designed rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled, operational according to weather and for limited hours), minibar, kettle with coffee/tea setup, LCD satellite TV, safe, carpeted floor, seating area, and balcony (D). Rooms with a side sea view (DMS) or sea view (DM) can be booked at an additional cost. Double rooms for single use (DE/DES/DM).

Family Room

In addition to otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, these consist of two bedrooms with an connecting door and one bathroom with shower/WC (DF2).

Junior Suite

Consist of a bedroom and a living area and additionally feature a whirlpool/WC and sea view (J2M).

Taj Family Room Type A

With similar amenities to the family rooms, these feature a second shower/WC, a whirlpool, and a slightly larger balcony (2FA).

Family Room Duplex

These approx. 70 m² duplex family rooms offer space over 2 floors. The upper floor has 2 single beds and a shower with WC. The lower floor has a double bed and also a shower and WC (DUF).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets (with diet corner), late riser breakfast, various international and local snacks by the beach and pool during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie in the afternoon, and a midnight buffet. Various local non-alcoholic and some alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars and in the nightclub. Your minibar is stocked with water, soft drinks, and beer upon arrival and is replenished daily as needed. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Visits to the à la carte restaurant, some imported drinks, bottled drinks, and luxury spirits, as well as freshly squeezed juices, are subject to a charge.
