Summer:
The modern hotel complex covers a total area of 40,000 m² with 498 rooms spread across six floors (nine elevators available). Amenities include an elegant lobby with a reception area, comfortable seating, and lobby bar, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (included), a buffet restaurant with a terrace, a separate children's restaurant in summer, various à la carte restaurants (reservations and service charge apply, open alternately depending on occupancy), several bars, a nightclub, and a patisserie. Additionally, there is a hairdresser, and various shops (charges apply). A game room with multiple attractions, a conference room, and the spa and wellness center (charges apply). The hotel's beautiful garden features a spacious swimming pool area with sun terraces, a pool/snackbar, and a separate children's pool. There is also an amusement park and an aquapark with water slides (open hourly and subject to weather conditions from April 15th to October 31st). Sun loungers and umbrellas are included for our guests at the pool area and on the hotel's private beach section with a beach bar (April 1st - October 31st). Beach towels are provided free of charge once per day; changing them on the same day incurs a fee.
Winter:
- The terrace of the main restaurant is closed in winter.
- Sun loungers and beach towels are available at the heated indoor pool with a separate children's pool from November 1st to March 31st.
- Beach volleyball, air rifle shooting, boccia, and all outdoor activities are not offered.
- Babysitting is available upon request and for a fee.
- Entertainment includes soft animation, evening shows, occasional live music, and the nightclub.
- All outdoor facilities are not available from November 1st to March 31st.
- The children's buffet is closed.
On December 31, 2026, a New Year's Eve dinner will be served as a lavish buffet in the main restaurant. The "New Year's Celebration" event will take place in the hotel's Gala Hall. The celebration will be organized without fixed seating arrangements in a bistro concept, including live music, shows, and various activities. No food service will be provided, but open bars will be available in the hall for drinks.

Double Room

The modern rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled, operates subject to weather conditions and specific hours), minibar, kettle with coffee/tea setup, LCD satellite TV, safe, carpeted floor, seating area, and balcony (D). Rooms with a side sea view (DMS) or sea view (DM) are available at an additional charge. DZ = EZ for single occupancy (DE/DES/DEM).

Family Room

With otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, these consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door and one bathroom with shower/WC (DF2).

Junior Suite

Consist of a bedroom and a living area, and additionally feature a whirlpool/WC and sea view (J2M).

Taj Family Room Type A

With similar amenities to the family rooms, these feature a second shower/WC, a whirlpool, and a slightly larger balcony (2FA).

Family Room Duplex

These approx. 70 m² duplex family rooms offer space over 2 floors. The upper floor has 2 single beds and a shower with WC. The lower floor has a double bed and also a shower and WC (DUF).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet (with diet corner), late riser breakfast, various international and local snacks at the beach and pool throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries at the patisserie in the afternoon, and midnight buffet. Various local non-alcoholic and some alcoholic as well as some imported drinks are available 24 hours at the respective open bars and in the nightclub. Your minibar is stocked with water, soft drinks, and beer upon arrival and refilled daily as needed. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Visits to the à la carte restaurant, some imported drinks, bottled beverages, and premium spirits, as well as freshly squeezed juices, are subject to a charge.
