Location

The holiday resort is located in Evrenseki, only about 160 m from the long, gently sloping sandy beach. The center of Side is approximately 7 km away and is easily accessible via public minibus services; taxis are also available in front of the hotel.

The modern holiday hotel consists of three interconnected five-story buildings and has a total of 208 rooms. Amenities include a spacious lobby with a reception, cozy seating areas and a lobby bar, elevators, the main restaurant with a terrace area, various à-la-carte restaurants (different opening hours; with prior reservation, one visit per stay is included in one of them), various bars, a patisserie, a conference room, and an attractive wellness area with an indoor pool (open during the winter season and heated depending on weather conditions). There is also a shopping arcade with several shops (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the property and at the beach bar. The centerpiece of the garden area is the freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool; you will also find an additional pool with two water slides, a sun terrace, and a pool bar. Around the pools and at the beach (with its own beach bar), sun loungers with integrated pads, parasols, and beach towels are provided free of charge for our guests.
Winter:
- Two à-la-carte restaurants (one of the restaurants is included per stay with prior reservation)
- Sun loungers, pads, and beach towels on the sun terrace (included, weather permitting)
- Your minibar is only replenished with soft drinks and water.
- Beach and pool bar closed.
- Separate children's pool only in the indoor pool

Decorated in light colors, these comfortable rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), safe, minibar, LCD satellite TV, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DZ=Single room for sole use (DE).

With otherwise similar features to the double rooms, these include a separate bedroom with a connecting door, two LCD satellite TVs, and two air conditioning units (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet; throughout the day various snacks, in the afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, as well as a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 10 am to midnight at the respective open bars. Your minibar is stocked daily with beer, soft drinks, and still water. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
