Location

The holiday resort is located in Evrenseki, only about 160 m from the long, gently sloping sandy beach. The center of Side, about 7 km away, is easily accessible by public minibus connections, and taxis are also available in front of the hotel.

The modernly designed holiday hotel consists of three interconnected, five-story buildings and has a total of 208 rooms. Among the many amenities are a spacious lobby with reception, comfortable seating areas and lobby bar, elevators, the main restaurant with a terrace area, various à-la-carte restaurants (different opening hours, included once per stay with prior reservation), various bars, a patisserie, a small cinema, a conference room, and an attractive spa area with an indoor pool (open during the winter season). There is also a shopping arcade with several shops (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex and at the beach bar. The heart of the garden is the freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, and you will also find an extra pool with two water slides, a sun terrace, and the pool bar. Around the pools and on the beach (with its own beach bar), sun loungers with integrated cushions, sun umbrellas, and bath towels are free for our guests.
Winter:
- Two à-la-carte restaurants (one of the restaurants included per stay with prior reservation)
- Sun loungers, cushions, and bath towels on the sun terrace (included, weather permitting)
- Your minibar will only be stocked with soft drinks and water.
- Beach and pool bar closed.
- Separate children's pool only in the indoor pool.

Accommodation

Double Room

The comfortably furnished rooms, decorated in light colors, offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), safe, minibar, LCD satellite TV, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Family Room

With otherwise similar features to the double rooms, they have a separate bedroom with a connecting door, two LCD satellite TVs, and two air conditioning units (DF2).

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included from 10 am to 12 am at the respective open bars. Your minibar will be stocked daily with beer, soft drinks, and still water. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
