The holiday resort is located directly on the wide, gently sloping sandy beach of Colakli. The town of Side is approx. 9 km away. You can easily reach it by taxi or public minibus. Antalya Airport is 55 km away.

The hotel complex, popular with German holidaymakers, has a total of 283 rooms spread across a main building with four floors (lift available). The diverse amenities of your holiday accommodation include the reception area with a reception desk, the buffet restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (included once per stay with reservation), several bars, shops (for a fee), a conference room, and the indoor pool (heated depending on the weather in the pre- and post-season) as well as a wellness center. In the beautiful, well-kept garden complex, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace, as well as the pool and snack bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included here, as well as on the hotel's own beach section. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex and in the rooms.

Double Room

The rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, rental safe, air conditioning (individually controlled) and a balcony (D). Sea view can be booked at an additional cost (DM). Double room can be used as a single room (DE/DEM). Also bookable with side sea view (DMS). Double room can be used as a single room (DES).

Double Room Swim-up

With similar amenities to the double rooms, they additionally offer direct access to the communal pool and are located in the annex building (SWD). In winter 25/26, also bookable as a double room for single use (SWE). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk to small children.
Therefore, for bookings of these room types, Schauinsland-Reisen has a minimum age of 6 years for children for safety reasons.

Large Double Room

These rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms and can accommodate up to 3 people (D2X).

Junior Suite (from Winter 26/27)

The rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, rental safe, air conditioning (individually controlled), a seating area, and a balcony (J2M).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, late riser's breakfast, snacks throughout the day, ice cream hour, and midnight soup, as well as 24-hour food and drinks in the S Lounge. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages (aged 18 and over) and selected imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the bars that are open at the time. The minibar is stocked daily with a bottle of water, beer, mineral water, and fruit juices.
