Location

The holiday resort is located directly on the extensive, gently sloping sandy beach of Colakli. The town of Side is approx. 9 km away. You can easily reach it by taxi or public minibus. Antalya Airport is 55 km away.

The hotel complex, popular with German holidaymakers, has a total of 283 rooms, spread across a main building with four floors (lift available). The various amenities of your holiday accommodation include the reception area with a reception desk, the buffet restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (included once per stay with reservation), several bars, shops (for a fee), a conference room, and the indoor pool (heated seasonally depending on the weather) as well as a wellness center. The beautiful, well-kept garden area features a freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace and a pool and snack bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included for our guests here and on the hotel's own beach section. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex and in the rooms.

Double room

The rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe (for a fee), individually controlled air conditioning, and a balcony (D). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DM). Double room for single use (DE/DEM). From Summer '26, side sea view can also be booked (DMS). Double room for single use (DES).

Double room Swim-up

With similar amenities to the double rooms, they additionally have direct access to the communal pool and are located in the annexe building (SWD). In Winter 25/26, also bookable as a double room for single use (SWE).

Large double room

These rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms and can accommodate up to 3 people (D2X).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, snacks throughout the day, ice cream hour, and midnight soup, as well as food and drinks in the S Lounge 24 hours a day. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages (aged 18 and over) and selected imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the bars. The minibar is stocked daily with a bottle of water, beer, mineral water, and fruit juices.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

some imported drinks, premium wine varieties, Roof Top Bar.
