Location

The beautiful holiday hotel is located in the Side-Colakli holiday area on the gently sloping, spacious fine sandy beach. The centre of Side is about 10 km away, public minibus connections and taxis are available nearby.

Set amidst a spacious garden, the family-friendly complex is terraced towards the sea over 34,000 m². The 157 Dream rooms, 39 Dream Family rooms and two rooms for disabled guests (on request) are spread across three- to four-storey and three two-storey buildings (lifts available). The various hotel facilities include the elegant lobby with reception and comfortable seating areas, the main restaurant (with international cuisine) with a terrace (with a non-smoking area), various bars and a TV room. In the Rüya Bar, which serves as a snack and à la carte restaurant (international cuisine), you can have lunch between 12 pm and 4 pm (for a fee). Wi-Fi is free on the beach, in the garden, in the lobby as well as in the bar and pool area. The well-kept garden houses the large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, as well as the sun terrace, sunbathing lawns, and the pool bar and snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, beach towels (in the room) and parasols are available free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

The tastefully furnished rooms are equipped with an extra-large double bed (Kingsize, 220 x 200 cm with separate mattresses), shower/WC, small children's toilet and washbasin, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled, hourly and weather-dependent), smoke detector, seating area, mini-fridge, an LCD satellite TV with several German channels and a music channel, safe, laminate flooring and balcony (D). Side sea view/sea side (DMS) can be booked at an additional charge. Direct sea view (DM) can be booked at an additional charge. DZ=EZ for single use on the land side (DE) or side sea view/sea side can be booked at an additional charge (DES).

With all other equipment elements the same as the double rooms, these rooms have an additional separate bedroom with a connecting door, each with an LCD satellite TV with several German channels and a music channel, and two wardrobes (DF2).

Depending on the season, fruits and vegetables as well as some meat and dairy products come from our own organic farm.

Half Board Ultra

You will receive breakfast and dinner from rich buffets in the main restaurant. Late risers' breakfast from 10 am to 11 am (served on a plate) included. Some local alcoholic (from 18 years) and non-alcoholic drinks and various cocktails are included at the respective open bars between 9 am and 12 am (1.7.-31.8. from 9 am to 1 am). Your mini-fridge will be stocked with still water.

All Inclusive

When booking All Inclusive board, you will also receive lunch in the main restaurant from the buffet and coffee/tea as well as local pastries in the afternoon.

For a fee

Lunch with international cuisine in the Rüya Bar à la carte restaurant (from 12 pm to 4 pm). Freshly squeezed fruit juices, telephone and fax charges, laundry and hourly doctor service.

Sports Included
