Location

The beautiful holiday hotel is located in the Side-Colakli resort area, directly on a sprawling, gently sloping fine sandy beach. The town center of Side is approx. 10 km away; public minibus connections and taxis are available nearby.

Set amidst extensive gardens, this family-friendly resort is laid out in a terrace style towards the sea, covering 34,000 m². The 157 Dream rooms, 39 Dream family rooms, and two disability-friendly rooms (upon request) are distributed across three to four-story buildings and three two-story buildings (elevators available). Hotel facilities include an elegant lobby with reception and cozy seating areas, the main restaurant (featuring international cuisine) with a terrace (including a non-smoking zone), various bars, and a TV room. In the Rüya Bar, which serves as a snack and à-la-carte restaurant (international cuisine), you can enjoy lunch between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM (for a fee). Wi-Fi is free of charge on the beach, in the garden, in the lobby, as well as in the bar and pool areas. Located in the well-maintained gardens is a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, as well as a sun terrace, sunbathing areas, and the pool and snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, beach towels (in the room), and parasols are provided at the pool and beach free of charge.

The tastefully furnished rooms are equipped with an extra-large double bed (kingsize, 220 x 200 cm with separate mattresses), shower/WC, small children's toilet and child-sized sink, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled, hourly and weather-dependent), smoke detector, seating area, mini-fridge, an LCD satellite TV with several German channels and a music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Side sea view/sea side (DMS) can be booked for an extra charge. Direct sea view (DM) can be booked for an extra charge. DZ=single use facing land side (DE) or available with side sea view/sea side for an extra charge (DES).

Seasonal fruit and vegetables, as well as some meat and dairy products, come from our own natural farm.

Ultra Half Board

Breakfast and dinner are served from rich buffets in the main restaurant. Late-riser breakfast is included from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM (served on a plate). Select local alcoholic (from 18 years) and non-alcoholic drinks and various cocktails are included at the respective open bars between 9:00 AM and 12:00 AM (from July 1st to August 31st from 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM). Your mini-fridge is stocked with still water.

All Inclusive

When booking All Inclusive, you also receive lunch from the buffet in the main restaurant and afternoon coffee/tea with local pastries.

For a fee

Lunch with international cuisine in the Rüya Bar à-la-carte restaurant (from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM). Freshly squeezed fruit juices, telephone and fax charges, laundry service, and hourly doctor service.
