The holiday domicile is located in the Kiris-Kemer region, directly on a private sand/pebble beach with a bathing jetty. Kemer, with its numerous shopping and entertainment venues, is accessible within approx. 6 km. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

The extensive complex covering approx. 107,000 m² offers a total of 816 rooms distributed across six buildings, each with four floors. Interior amenities include the lobby with comfortable seating areas, reception, and a lobby bar. There is a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à-la-carte restaurants (for a fee), several bars, and a disco. Conference rooms, a game hall, computer games, an internet café, and various shops are available, each for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire hotel area. A heated indoor pool with a separate children's section is available depending on the season. In the well-kept outdoor area, you will find a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and a baby pool with seawater, a semi-Olympic freshwater swimming pool, an aquapark with water slides (6 for children and 3 for babies, available by the hour), as well as a relax pool. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included here and at the beach, which also features a beach/snack bar. Use of the VIP and beach pavilions on the beach is available with service for a fee.

Superior Double Room

These elegant rooms (approx. 35 m²), newly renovated in spring 2024, feature one double bed or two single beds, 32'' LCD satellite TV broadcast, direct-dial telephone, central air conditioning, minibar, safe, hairdryer, shower/WC, laminate flooring, and a balcony (DSU). Rooms with partial sea view can be booked at an additional cost (D2S). Double room = single room for sole use (DSE/1SD).

Superior Swim-Up Double Room

These elegant rooms (approx. 35 m²), newly renovated in spring 2024, feature a double bed or two single beds, a bathroom with a shower cabin, a balcony, and direct access to the communal pool for these room types (DWP). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for security reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Superior Double Room Type A

These elegant superior quad rooms were newly renovated in spring 2024 and are approx. 35 m² in size. They feature a double bed and a single bed, LCD satellite TV broadcast, direct-dial telephone, central air conditioning, minibar, safe, hairdryer, shower/WC, laminate flooring, and a balcony (DAS).

Duplex Family Room

These elegant rooms, newly renovated in spring 2024, feature a double bed and a sofa on the lower floor with a shower/WC (accessible via stairs) and two single beds on the upper floor with a shower/WC and a balcony (DUF).

Terrace Suite

The terrace suite rooms are 57 m² in size and feature a double bed, a bathtub and a shower cabin in the bathroom/WC, a cosmetic mirror, a hairdryer, and a living area with seating, with either laminate or ceramic flooring (TS).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from rich buffets, late-riser breakfast, international and Turkish snacks during the day, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, ice cream hour, and midnight snacks. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported beverages, are included at the bars from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM, in the disco until 2:00 AM, and at one 24-hour bar. Gentlemen are requested to wear long trousers for dinner in all restaurants. For our little guests, there is a children's buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the main restaurant, as well as ice cream in the afternoon. The minibar is replenished daily with soft drinks and beer.

Other imported beverages, use of the à-la-carte restaurants, hookah, and bottled drinks.
