Location

The holiday residence is located in the Kiris-Kemer region, directly on a private sand/shingle beach with a bathing jetty. Kemer, with its numerous shopping and entertainment venues, is accessible after approx. 6 km. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

The spacious complex, covering approx. 107,000 m², offers a total of 816 rooms distributed across six four-storey buildings. Indoor facilities include the lobby with comfortable seating areas, reception, and a lobby bar. There is a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (for a fee), several bars, and a nightclub. Conference rooms, a game hall, computer games, an internet café, and various shops are all available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel area. A heated indoor pool with a separate children's pool is available depending on the season. In the well-kept outdoor area, you will find a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and a seawater baby pool, a semi-Olympic freshwater swimming pool, an aqua park with water slides (6 for children and 3 for babies, available during set hours), as well as a relax pool. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and pool towels are included here and at the beach, which also features a beach/snack bar. The use of VIP and beach pavilions at the beach is available for a fee.

Superior Double Room

These elegant rooms (approx. 35 m²), newly renovated in spring 2024, feature one double bed or two single beds, 32'' LCD satellite TV broadcast, direct-dial telephone, central air conditioning, minibar, safe, hairdryer, shower/WC, laminate flooring, and a balcony (DSU). Rooms with side sea view can be booked for an extra charge (D2S). Double room = single room for sole use (DSE/1SD).

Superior Double Room Swim-Up

These elegant rooms (approx. 35 m²), newly renovated in spring 2024, feature a double bed or two single beds, a bathroom with a shower cabin, a balcony, and direct access to a shared pool for these room types (DWP). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
For this reason, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types for safety reasons.

Superior Double Room Type A

These elegant Superior Quad rooms were newly renovated in spring 2024 and are approx. 35 m² in size; they feature a double bed and a single bed, LCD satellite TV broadcast, direct-dial telephone, central air conditioning, minibar, safe, hairdryer, shower/WC, laminate flooring, and a balcony (DAS).

Duplex Family Room

These elegant rooms, newly renovated in spring 2024, feature a double bed and a sofa on the lower floor with a shower/WC (accessible via stairs) and two single beds on the upper floor with a shower/WC and balcony (DUF).

Terrace Suite

The terrace suite rooms are 57 m² in size and feature a double bed, a bathtub and a shower cabin in the bathroom/WC, a vanity mirror, a hairdryer, and a living area with seating, with laminate or ceramic flooring (TS).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from varied buffets, late-riser breakfast, international and Turkish snacks during the day, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, ice cream hour, and midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as some import drinks are included at the bars when open from 10 am to 12 am, in the nightclub until 2 am, and at one bar 24 hours a day. Gentlemen are requested to wear long trousers for dinner in all restaurants. For our younger guests, there is a children's buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the main restaurant, as well as ice cream in the afternoon. The minibar is restocked daily with soft drinks and beer.
