The hotel is located in the holiday region of Belek, approximately 2 km from Kadriye and approximately 4 km from Belek. The extensive, natural sandy beach is located about 2.7 km away (shuttle service to the beach is available every half hour from 8 am to 6 pm). The airport is approximately 27 km away, and it is about 36 km to the picturesque city of Antalya. Taxi and minibus connections are available in the surrounding towns.

This modern hotel, featuring an X-shaped building, consists of four blocks with five floors (four elevators available) and offers 399 rooms. The stylish lifestyle hotel combines three concepts under one roof: family, children's, and adult-only (16+) concepts. The elegant lobby with reception and X Lobby Bar warmly welcomes you. The gourmet main restaurant serves your culinary needs, along with various à la carte restaurants (free of charge once per stay for a minimum of 5 nights, with reservation and subject to availability). Furthermore, various bars, snack stations, and a patisserie are available. Wi-Fi is free of charge throughout the entire complex. The X Factory, featuring various shops, is located near the lobby, and the hair salon is available for an extra charge. In the well-maintained, expansive garden area, you will find the main freshwater pool with a separate children's pool, an aquapark with 4 water slides for adults, a children's pool with 7 water slides for children, an adult pool (for guests 16 and older), and an indoor pool (open during the winter season and can be heated upon request, weather-dependent) with a separate children's pool. Sun terraces, as well as pool and snack bars, round off the outdoor offerings. Sun loungers, parasols/sun canopies, and pool towels are included around the pools and at the beach (towel change once per day). In summer, international concert events with DJs and singers, as well as show evenings, take place on the concert stage "X Stage" and the arena (2000-2500 guest capacity).

Double Room

The comfortable and modern rooms (approx. 32 m²) offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, direct-dial telephone, a double bed or two single beds, LCD/LED satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually controlled), safe, electric kettle and coffee/tea setup, minibar, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). The double room is also available under better conditions as Type I under DI.
Double rooms with pool view (PD) can be booked for an extra charge and are available under better conditions as Type I under PID. Double rooms with a whirlpool are also available for an extra charge (DDJ) and can be booked under better conditions as Type I under 2CU. All double rooms can be booked for single use under the following codes: DE-Land view, DIE – Land view Type I, PDE – Pool view, PIE-Pool view Type I, EDJ – Whirlpool, EJW-Whirlpool Type I.

Double Room Type A (Adults Only)

Equipped like the double rooms, but children under 16 years of age are not accepted. View of the +16 area (DA). DR=SR for single use (DEA). The single room is available under better conditions as Type I under BEI.

Double Room Swim Up

With similar equipment to the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious (approx. 37 m²) and have direct access to the shared pool for this room category (bookable from 16 years of age) (SWD). DR=SR for single use (SWE).
Additionally, the Double Room Swim Up is available under better conditions as Type I under A2Q.

Family Room Type A

These slightly more spacious rooms (approx. 38 m²) offer similar equipment to the standard rooms and feature a second room (separable by a sliding door) with two single beds (2FA).

Family Room Type B

With similar equipment to the double rooms, the Family Rooms Type B consist of two rooms with a connecting door (2FB).

The spacious double rooms are located in the +16 area and feature similar equipment to the family rooms. Children are not accepted in this category (D2X).

Suite

With similar equipment to the double rooms, the (King) Suites are slightly more spacious (approx. 120 m²), featuring 1 living room and 1 bedroom as well as 2 whirlpools, one on the balcony and one indoors (S2).

Super Saver Room

The comprehensive Ultra All Inclusive concept leaves almost nothing to be desired. Breakfast, late riser breakfast, lunch, and dinner from varied buffets or à la carte (one of which is Thymarie or Oltra A la Cartes, free once per stay for guests 16+ for a minimum of 5 nights). Throughout the day, snack variations at various stations, the patisserie, and ice cream at the beach. Various high-quality local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as well-known imported drinks are served 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with beer, soft drinks, water, and fruit juices. Replenishment occurs daily as needed.
