The hotel is located in the Belek holiday region, approx. 2 km from Kadriye and approx. 4 km from Belek. The spacious and natural sandy beach is about 2.7 km away (shuttle service to the beach every half hour from 8 AM to 6 PM is available). The airport is approx. 27 km away, and the picturesque city of Antalya is approx. 36 km away. Taxi and minibus connections are available in the surrounding areas.

The modern hotel with an X-shaped building consists of four blocks with five floors each (four elevators available) and offers 399 rooms. The stylish lifestyle hotel combines three concepts under one roof: family, children, and adults (16+). The elegant lobby with a reception and X Lobby Bar welcomes you. For your culinary enjoyment, there is the gourmet main restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (free once with prior reservation/subject to availability for stays of at least 5 nights), as well as various bars, snack stations, and a patisserie. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex. The X Factory with various shops is located near the lobby, and the hairdresser is available for a fee. In the well-maintained, spacious garden area, you'll find the main freshwater pool with a separate children's pool, an aqua park with 4 water slides for adults and a children's pool with 7 water slides for children, as well as an adults-only pool (for ages 16+) and an indoor pool (open in winter season and heated on request, subject to weather conditions) with a separate children's pool. Sun terraces, pool, and snack bars complete the outdoor offerings. Sun loungers, umbrellas/sunshades, and beach towels are included around the pools and on the beach with a beach/snack bar (changed once a day). In the summer, international concert events with DJs and singers, as well as shows, are held on the X Stage and Arena concert stage (capacity 2000-2500 guests).

Accommodation

Double Room

The comfortable and modernly equipped rooms (approx. 32 m²) offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, and slippers, direct dial telephone, double or twin beds, LCD/LED satellite TV with music channel, individually controlled air conditioning, safe, kettle and coffee/tea setup, minibar, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). The double room is also available at more favorable conditions as Type I under DI.
Double rooms with pool view (PD) can be booked at an additional charge and are available at better conditions as Type I under PID. Also available at an additional charge is the double room with whirlpool (DDJ). These are also available at better conditions as Type I under 2CU. All double rooms can be booked for single occupancy under the following codes: DE-Land view, DIE – Land view Type I, PDE – Pool view, PIE-Pool view Type I, EDJ – Whirlpool, EJW-Whirlpool Type I).

Double Room Type A (Adults Only)

Equipped like the double rooms, but children under 16 years are not accepted. View of the +16 area (DA). Double room = Single occupancy (DEA). The single room is available at more favorable conditions as Type I under BEI.

Double Room Swim Up

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious (approx. 37 m²) and offer direct access to the communal pool of this room category (bookable for ages 16+) (SWD). Double room = Single occupancy (SWE).
Additionally, the double room swim up is available at more favorable conditions as Type I under A2Q. Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children.
Therefore, for bookings of these room types, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children for safety reasons.

Family Room Type A

These slightly more spacious rooms (approx. 38 m²) offer, with similar amenities to the standard rooms, a second room (separable by a sliding door) with two single beds (2FA).

Family Room Type B

With similar amenities to the double rooms, the Family Rooms Type B consist of two rooms with an connecting door (2FB).

Large Double Room (Adults Only)

These spacious double rooms are located in the +16 area and have similar amenities to the family rooms. Children are not accepted in this category (D2X).

Suite

Similar to the Junior Suites, the (King) Suites are slightly more spacious (approx. 120 m²), feature 1 living room and 1 bedroom, and include 2 whirlpools, one on the balcony and one indoors (S2).

Super Saver Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these are located in less favorable positions (SSZ). Double room = Single occupancy (SSE).

Double Room Superior (Adults only)

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these are approx. 38m² in size, offer a view of the +16 area, and are exclusively bookable for guests aged 16+. The maximum capacity is 3 adults. (DSU). Double room = Single occupancy (DSE).

Double Room Superior Type A-Black&Red (Adults only)

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these are approx. 38m² in size, offer a view of the +16 area, and are exclusively bookable for guests aged 16+. The maximum capacity is 3 adults. (DSU). Double room = Single occupancy (DSE).

Double Room Deluxe

The rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms, are approx. 47m² in size, are located between the adult and family zones, and additionally offer a whirlpool and a capsule coffee machine (DD2). The double room deluxe is also available at more favorable conditions as Type I under D2I.

Double Room Child Friendly

With similar amenities to the double rooms, the double rooms child friendly (DB) can be booked for 2+2 occupancy.

Double Room Comfort

The comfortable and modernly equipped rooms (approx. 32 m²) feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, and slippers, direct dial telephone, a double bed or two single beds, LCD/LED satellite TV with music channel, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, kettle with coffee and tea set, minibar, laminate flooring, and a balcony with land view (DKO). When booking this room category, guests will also receive the following amenities:
20% discount in the wellness area, a 15-minute introductory massage, a beach bag, and a bathrobe and slippers.

Ultra All Inclusive

The comprehensive Ultra All Inclusive concept leaves little to be desired. Breakfast, late riser breakfast, lunch, and dinner from varied buffets or à la carte (one of the Thymarie or Oltra à la cartes for ages 16+ is included once for stays of 5 nights or more). Snacks are available throughout the day at various stations, as well as at the patisserie and ice cream at the beach. A variety of high-quality local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as well-known imported beverages, are served 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with beer, soft drinks, water, and fruit juices. It is refilled daily as needed.
