Summer:
The extravagant resort for discerning guests offers a total of 557 rooms, distributed among a main building with five floors and the Carya Golf Residence, the Pearl Pool area with swim-up rooms, suites, and private villas on the golf course. A very stylish lobby with reception, elevators, elegant seating areas, and a lobby bar welcomes you. For culinary delights, there is the main buffet restaurant with a family area and terrace, various à la carte restaurants (some for a fee), a patisserie, and a bakery, snack stations, as well as several bars. Further amenities include a lounge for early arrival/late departure, an indoor pool with a children's pool (seasonally heated), a 1890 m² heated outdoor pool (seasonally and weather dependent), and a beautifully designed wellness & spa area (treatments for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in the hotel building and large parts of the outdoor area. A large congress center with various meeting rooms and ballrooms is also available. The shopping arcade with various shops is available for a fee. In the spacious garden, you will find the amphitheater for evening entertainment (depending on the season) as well as the magnificent pool landscape with several heated pools (seasonally), the main pool, an activity pool, adult pool, a wave pool, sun terraces, and the pool/snackbar, plus Aqualantis with various slides and children's pools, which ensures plenty of fun and action. Here, in the indoor pool, on the white sandy beach with a jetty, beach bar (seasonally, for a fee), and on the sun terrace, loungers, mattresses, sun umbrellas, and beach towels are included.
Winter:
- Karaoke Nights, Aerobics, Dance classes, Aqua aerobics, Water polo, Bodybalance, Bodypump, and Sh Bam are not available.
- Some pools are closed.
- Beach facilities are closed.
- The amphitheater is closed and the animation program is adapted.

Deluxe Double Room Land View (Jade Room)

The fantastic 62 m² rooms (with balcony) are located in the main building and offer a bath/WC and shower, two sinks, bathrobe, slippers, scale (on request), hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar, digital safe, mirror LED TV with music channel, direct dial telephone, coffee/tea setup, Nespresso machine, seating area and desk, dressing room, pillow menu, iron, ironing board, parquet flooring, and a balcony with a view of the golf course (DLB). Double room = single room (DLE). Side (DDS) or direct sea view bookable for an extra charge (DDM). Double room = single room for single occupancy (EDD/DM1).

Family Room (Jade Family)

Located on the top floor of the main building, these 125 m² rooms offer similar amenities to the Deluxe Double Rooms with land view. They feature two bedrooms, a dressing room, one bathroom with bath/shower/WC, and one bathroom with shower/WC, as well as a 24-36 m² terrace or a balcony with a side sea view (FS2).

Deluxe Suite (Jade Suite)

Also located in the main building, these 125 m² (with balcony) suites offer, in addition to the amenities of the Deluxe Double Rooms, a living room with a seating area, a bedroom, mirror LED TV, Nespresso coffee machine, minibar, two bathrooms (one with bath/shower/WC) and a large balcony with sea view (S2D).

Double Room Pool Access (Pearl Pool Room)

The 62 m² rooms in the Carya Golf Residence are equipped like the Deluxe Double Rooms, in the form of a single-story villa, and have a 12 m² terrace. The rooms have their own swimming pools with direct access and a private terrace. The swimming pools are shared with the adjacent room (DPA). Double room = single room for single occupancy (PA1).

Suite Type A (Pearl Pool Suite)

The 125 m² suites in the Pearl Pool area next to the Carya Golf Club have a 24 m² terrace and direct access to the swimming pool from the room. The rooms consist of a bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a seating area, two bathrooms (one with bath, separate shower, WC, 2 sinks, and mirror LED TV, one with shower and WC), a table, dressing room, mirror LED TV, ironing board, and iron (SA).

Luxury All Inclusive

Breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice, lunch and dinner from extensive buffets, diet buffets, baby corner, children's buffets, various snacks, ice cream, and pastries throughout the day in the patisserie, bakery, and various à la carte walk-in restaurants. A wide selection of international and local premium brands for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included around the clock. The minibar is stocked with water, soft drinks, and beer (some alcoholic beverages for certain room types), as well as chips, chocolate, and milk for younger guests.
