Summer:
The extravagant resort for discerning guests offers a total of 557 rooms, spread across a main building with five floors and the Carya Golf Residence, the Pearl Pool area with swim-up rooms, suites, and private villas on the golf course. A very stylish reception hall with reception, elevators, elegant seating areas, and lobby bar welcomes you. For culinary enjoyment, there is the main buffet restaurant with a family area and terrace, various à-la-carte restaurants (some for a fee), a patisserie, and a bakery, snack stations, and several bars. Further amenities include a lounge for early arrival/late departure, an indoor pool with a children's pool (seasonally heated), a 1890 m² heated outdoor pool (seasonal and weather-dependent), and the beautifully designed Wellness & Spa area (treatments for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in the hotel building and large parts of the outdoor area. There is also a large congress center with various meeting rooms and ballrooms. The shopping arcade with various shops is available for a fee. In the spacious garden, you will find the amphitheater for evening entertainment (depending on the season) as well as the magnificent pool landscape with several heated pools (seasonal), the main pool, an activity pool, an adult pool, a wave pool, sun terraces, and a pool/snack bar, plus Aqualantis with various slides and children's pools, ensuring plenty of fun and action. Here, in the indoor pool, on the white sandy beach with a jetty, beach bar (seasonal, for a fee), and on the sun terrace, loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and bath towels are included.
Winter:
- Karaoke Nights, Aerobics, Dance classes, Aqua aerobics, Water polo, Bodybalance, Bodypump, and Sh Bam are not available.
- Some pools are closed.
- Beach facilities are closed.
- The amphitheater is closed and the animation program is adapted.

Deluxe Double Room Land View (Jade Room)

The fantastic 62 sqm rooms (with balcony) are located in the main building and offer bath/WC and shower, two washbasins, bathrobe, slippers, scale (on request), hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar, digital safe, mirror LED TV with music channel, direct dial telephone, coffee/tea setup, Nespresso machine, seating area and desk, dressing room, pillow menu, iron, ironing board, parquet flooring, and a balcony overlooking the golf course (DLB). Double room for single use (DLE). Side (DDS) or direct sea view bookable at an extra charge (DDM). Double room for single use (EDD/DM1).

Family Room (Jade Family)

Located on the top floor of the main building, these 125 sqm rooms offer similar amenities to the Deluxe Double Rooms facing the land. They have two bedrooms, a dressing room, one bathroom with bath/shower/WC, and one with shower/WC, as well as a 24-36 sqm terrace or a balcony with a partial sea view (FS2).

Deluxe Suite (Jade Suite)

Also located in the main building, these 125 sqm suites (with balcony) offer, in addition to the amenities of the Deluxe Double Rooms, a living room with a seating area, a bedroom, mirror LED TV, Nespresso coffee machine, minibar, two bathrooms (one with bath/shower/WC) and a large balcony with sea view (S2D).

Double Room Pool Access (Pearl Pool Room)

The 62 sqm rooms in the Carya Golf Residence are equipped like the Deluxe Double Rooms, in the form of a single-story villa, and have a 12 sqm terrace. The rooms have their own swimming pools with direct access and their own terrace. The swimming pools are shared with the adjacent room (DPA). Double room for single use (PA1).

Suite Type A (Pearl Pool Suite)

The 125 sqm suites in the Pearl Pool area next to the Carya Golf Club have a 24 sqm terrace and direct access to the swimming pool from the room. The rooms consist of a bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a seating area, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, separate shower, WC, 2 washbasins, and mirror LED TV, one with a shower and WC), a table, a dressing room, a mirror LED television, an ironing board, and an iron (SA).

Breakfast with fresh orange juice, lunch and dinner from extensive buffets, diet buffets, baby corner, children's buffets, various snacks during the day, ice cream and pastries in the patisserie, bakery, and various walk-in à-la-carte restaurants. A wide selection of international and local premium brand alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included around the clock. The minibar is stocked with water, soft drinks, and beer (some alcoholic beverages for specific room types), as well as chips and chocolate. For younger guests, milk is also provided.
