The luxury hotel has 583 rooms spread over 6 floors. The indoor area includes upper and lower lobby bars, reception, and six elevators. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in all areas of our resort, including our reading corner. Facilities also include a main restaurant with a terrace, three snack restaurants, various bars, and two patisseries. Guests can serve themselves at the buffets in the main restaurant. Additionally, there is a separate area for adults only in the main restaurant. Various à la carte restaurants featuring international cuisine can be visited based on availability, with prior reservation, and some for a fee. Mini-market, shop, hairdresser (each for a fee). The indoor pool with a separate children's pool completes the indoor facilities (heated in winter). The pool area includes a seasonally open freshwater pool, a pool bar (seasonal), three separate children's pools, and six water slides for adults and four for children. Guests can also relax in the quiet areas of the private garden. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are available at the beach and pool. Snacks and refreshments can be enjoyed at the beach bar (seasonal, weather permitting).

Accommodation

Superior Room

Tastefully and modernly furnished rooms are located in the main building and are equipped with shower/WC, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (central), minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi (included), safe, parquet flooring, and balcony (DSU). Sea view (DMU) can be booked for an extra charge. For bookings with 3 people, the third person will receive an extra bed or a sofa bed.

Lake House Suite Swim-up (Winter 25/26)

With similar amenities to the Family Suite, these feature two separate bedrooms with a shared entrance area, two showers and/or bath/WC, two TVs, and direct access to the communal pool (HLF).

Family Room Type A

Located in the main building on two floors (maisonette) and without an connecting door, they offer two bedrooms, two showers/WC, TV, and balcony (2FA). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge under Family Room Type B (2FB).

Family Room Type C/Lake House Family Room

With similar amenities to the Lake House rooms, they offer two separate bedrooms with a shared entrance area, two bath/WC, and TV. They have pool view and are located on the first or second floor of the Lake House Area (LHF).

Family Suite/Lake House Type A (Winter 25/26)

Located in the Lakehouse area, approx. 100 m². The suites consist of one bedroom and a living room (ALH).

Similar amenities to Superior Rooms, approx. 48 m², and additionally feature a whirlpool and sea view (J2N).

Grand Superior

Similar amenities to Superior Rooms, approx. 53 m², and additionally feature sea view (DSB).

Lake House Double Room (Winter 25/26)

Identical to Double Rooms, slightly smaller, and feature bath/WC. When booking for 2+1+1 or 2+0+2, a baby must sleep in the parents' bed, with pool view (LHD).

Ela Family Suite (Winter 25/26)

Consist of two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), one bath/WC, and are approx. 100m² with garden view. Otherwise, similar service to the Elegance Suite (2FS).

All Inclusive

Modern hotel dining area with stylish buffets and elegant lighting.

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast with fresh orange juice, lunch and dinner in buffet form. Snacks available throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included around the clock at the respective open bars. Freshly squeezed fruit juices are available free of charge at the Elazen bar. Your minibar is replenished daily with water, soft drinks, milk, and beer.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Imported drinks and all other extras such as fresh fruit juices and service charges for à la carte restaurants.

Sports included

Fitness center, tennis, basketball, boccia, mini golf, beach volleyball, badminton, table tennis, football, basketball, stretching, yoga, step, and aerobics are included.

Children's program

In summer, hourly mini club for children aged 1 to 15 (10 am to 11 pm) in 4 different age groups (children aged 1 to 4 accompanied by parents), children's buffet and baby corner in the mini club during meal times, playground (indoor and outdoor).
Everland Kids World is an activity and entertainment complex specifically for children aged 1–15. Families with children are welcomed by the mini club team right next to reception. For children aged 0 to 12, there are cuddly toys, milk in the minibar, bathrobes (ages 3-12 on request and availability), slippers, baby tub, and potty. There are also 2 outdoor children's pools and an indoor children's pool with three slides. For babies aged 1-3, childcare is offered at specific times and for a fee (summer only). Preparation corner for baby food and diaper changing, strollers, baby monitors, bottle warmers, and potties can be provided upon request. Furthermore, children can explore professions in the new "Everland Kids World Career Academy" at stations like Firefighter, Dental Clinic, Animal Clinic, Hospital, Secret Agent, Crime Scene Investigation, Archaeological Dig Site, and Submarine Adventure.
Baby cots are available free of charge upon request.
