The luxury hotel has 583 rooms spread over 6 floors. The interior includes upper and lower lobby bars, reception, and six elevators. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in all areas of our resort, including our reading corner. Facilities also include a main restaurant with a terrace, three snack restaurants, various bars, and two patisseries. Guests can help themselves at the buffets in the main restaurant. There is also a separate area for adults only in the main restaurant. Various à la carte restaurants offering international cuisine can be visited based on availability and for a fee, and one à la carte restaurant is open 24 hours and is free of charge. Mini-market, shop, hairdresser (each for a fee). The indoor pool with a separate children's pool completes the indoor facilities (heated in winter). The pool landscape includes a seasonally open freshwater pool and a pool bar (seasonal), three separate children's pools, and six water slides for adults and four for children, an aqua park, and a semi-Olympic pool heated in winter depending on the weather. Furthermore, guests can relax in the relaxation areas of the private garden. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are available at the beach and by the pool. Guests can enjoy snacks and refreshing drinks at the beach bar (seasonal, weather permitting).

Accommodation

Superior Room

The tastefully and modernly furnished rooms are located in the main building and are equipped with a shower/WC, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (central), minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi (included), safe, parquet flooring, and a balcony (DSU). Sea view (DMU) can be booked for an additional charge. For bookings with 3 people, the third person will receive an extra bed or sofa bed.

Lake House Suite Swim-up (Winter 25/26)

With similar amenities to the Family Suite, these feature two separate bedrooms with a shared entrance area, two showers and/or bath/WC, two TVs, and direct access to the shared pool (HLF). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons for children, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types.

Family Room Type A

Located in the main building over two floors (maisonette) and without an connecting door, they offer two bedrooms, two shower/WC, TV, and a balcony (2FA). Sea view can be booked for an additional charge under Family Room Type B (2FB).

Family Room Type C/Lake House Family Room

With similar amenities to the Lake House Rooms, these feature two separate bedrooms with a shared entrance area, two bath/WC, and TV, and have a pool view and are located on the first or second floor of the Lake House Area (LHF).

Family Suite/Lake House Type A (Winter 25/26)

In the Lakehouse area, approx. 100 sqm. The suites consist of one bedroom and a living room (ALH).

Family Room/Fam. Corner Room (Winter 25/26)

With otherwise similar amenities to the Family Rooms Type A, these have one bath/WC and are not in a maisonette style (DF2).

Superior Sea View with Whirlpool (Winter 25/26)

With similar amenities to the Superior Rooms, these are approx. 48 sqm and additionally feature a whirlpool and sea view (J2N).

Grand Superior

With similar amenities to the Superior Rooms, these are approx. 53 sqm and additionally feature a sea view (DSB).

Lake House Double Room (Winter 25/26)

These are identical to the double rooms, slightly smaller, and have a bath/WC. For a booking of 2+1+1 or 2+0+2, a baby must sleep in the parents' bed with pool view (LHD).

Ela Family Suite (Winter 25/26)

They consist of two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), one bath/WC, and are approx. 100 sqm with garden view. Otherwise, similar service to the Elegance Suite (2FS).

Elegant modern restaurant with buffet stations and warm lighting design.

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice, lunch and dinner in buffet form. Snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24/7 at the bars that are open at the time. Freshly squeezed fruit juices are available free of charge at the Elazen bar. Your minibar is refilled daily with water, soft drinks, milk, and beer.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Imported beverages and all other extras such as freshly squeezed fruit juices and à la carte restaurants.

Sports included

Fitness center, tennis, basketball, bocce, mini-golf, beach volleyball, badminton, table tennis, football, basketball, stretching, yoga, step, and aerobics are included.

Sports for a fee

Private tennis and paddle tennis lessons, as well as tennis racket and ball rental.

Children's program

In summer, hourly "Everland" Miniclub for children aged 1 to 15 (10 AM to 11 PM) in 4 different age groups (children aged 1 to 4 accompanied by parents), children's buffet and baby corner in the miniclub during meal times, playground (indoor and outdoor).
Everland Kids World is an activity entertainment complex specially designed for children aged 1-15. Families with children are welcomed by the miniclub team next to the reception. For children aged 0-12, there are cuddly toys, milk in the minibar, bathrobe (ages 3-12 on request and availability), slippers, baby bathtub, and toilet seat, as well as 2 open children's pools and an indoor children's pool with three slides. For babies aged 1-3, baby care is offered at specific times for a fee (summer only). Baby food preparation area and changing facilities, strollers, baby monitors, bottle warmers, and potty seats can be provided upon request. Additionally, children can explore the new "Everland Kids World Professions Academy" with stations such as Fire Brigade, Dental Clinic, Animal Clinic, Hospital, Secret Agent, Crime Scene Investigation, Archaeological Dig Site, and Submarine Adventure. Babysitting from 1 year to 3 years is available on request for a fee and subject to availability.
Cots are available free of charge upon request.
