Location

The extensive hotel complex (97,259 m² area) is located in the wooded holiday area of Belek, directly on the long, extensive sandy/pebble beach. The small village of Kadriye is 6 km away, Antalya about 30 km. You can easily reach both by public minibus connections or by taxi.

The comfortable holiday hotel with an international clientele consists of a main building and several villa buildings in the garden. The hotel has a total of 508 rooms on seven floors (lifts available). The main building houses the reception area with reception, a spacious lobby bar and chic seating areas, various shops, hairdresser, a buffet restaurant with terraces, various à la carte restaurants (for a service fee), various bars, internet café and game hall (for a fee), smart TV and game room, disco and the new, modern wellness center with a semi-Olympic indoor pool (open in winter and heated seasonally). Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. In the well-kept, beautifully landscaped garden, there is a spacious freshwater swimming pool area with two separate children's pools, one with three water slides (hourly), an aqua park with eight water slides (hourly), an extra quiet pool and a pool/snack bar. There is also another snack bar on the beach. Sun loungers, mattresses, parasols, and beach towels are included for our guests by the pool and on the beach.
Winter:
- Sun loungers and mattresses are available on the sun terraces.
- Only three à la carte restaurants are open.
- Soft animation is offered as entertainment.

Accommodation

Double room

Elegantly designed rooms offer a bath/WC, hairdryer, smart TV with music channel, minibar, kettle, direct dial telephone, bathrobe and slippers (on request), air conditioning (central and hourly), safe and balcony (D). Sea view bookable at a surcharge (DM). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE/DEM).

Junior Suite

With otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, it has a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed and a separate bedroom with a connecting door, as well as a balcony (JS2).

Senior Suite

The luxuriously furnished, spacious suites, with the same amenities as the Junior Suites, consist of a living room with a seating area, a bedroom separated by a door, and a whirlpool/shower/WC. Special services for the Senior Suite also include a personal welcome by guest relations and private check-in. Turn-down service, fresh bath towels, and daily replenishment of the minibar are also included. In addition, imported drinks in small bottles and a bottle of wine are provided (S2).

Pool Suite Type A (Summer)

These rooms are located in the garden area, offer a bedroom and have direct pool access. They can be on the ground floor or on the upper floor. For safety reasons, children under six years of age are not allowed to stay with schauinsland-reisen (PSA).

Pool Suite Type B (Summer)

With otherwise identical amenities and location to the Pool Suite Type A, they have two bedrooms (one with shower/WC, one with bath/WC) and a living room, and pool access. For safety reasons, children under six years of age are not allowed to stay with schauinsland-reisen (PSB).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Rich buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, late riser breakfast, Turkish and international snacks during the day, ice cream, coffee/tea and cakes in the afternoon, and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks, water, and beer upon arrival and is refilled daily.

Sports Included

One artificial turf and one tartan tennis court during the day with your own equipment, table tennis, darts, beach volleyball, fitness center, as well as canoeing and windsurfing on the beach (for experienced surfers with license, seasonally).

Children's Program

The Mini Club with different areas for children aged 0-3 years (Petit Club), 4-7 (Groovy Kids), 8-12 (Arcade), and 13-17 (Prime Kids) welcomes our young guests. Baby cots are available free of charge on request.
