Location

The extensive hotel complex (97,259 m² area) is located in the wooded resort area of Belek, directly on the long, expansive sand/pebble beach. The small village of Kadriye is 6 km away, and Antalya is about 30 km away. Both can be easily reached by public minibus connections or by taxi.

The comfortable holiday hotel with an international clientele consists of a main building and several villa buildings in the garden. The hotel has a total of 508 rooms on seven floors (lifts available). The main building houses the reception area with a reception, a spacious lobby bar with stylish seating areas, various shops, a hairdresser, a buffet restaurant with terraces, various à la carte restaurants (for a service charge), various bars, an internet café and game hall (for a fee), a Smart TV and games room, a discotheque, and the new, modern wellness center with a semi-Olympic indoor pool (open in winter and can be heated seasonally). Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. In the well-kept, beautifully landscaped garden area, there is a spacious freshwater swimming pool complex with two separate children's pools, one of which has three water slides (operates at certain hours), an aquapark with eight water slides (operates at certain hours), an extra quiet pool, and a pool/snackbar. There is also another snack bar on the beach. Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and beach towels are included at the pool and on the beach.
Winter:
- Sun loungers and cushions are available on the sun terraces.
- Only three à la carte restaurants are open.
- Soft animation is offered as entertainment.

Accommodation

Double Room

Elegantly designed rooms offer a bath/toilet, hairdryer, Smart TV with music channel, minibar, kettle, direct dial telephone, bathrobe and slippers (on request), air conditioning (central and available at certain hours), safe, and balcony (D). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DM). Double room for single use (DE/DEM).

Junior Suite

With otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, these feature a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed and a separate bedroom with a connecting door, plus a balcony (JS2).

Senior Suite

These luxuriously furnished, spacious suites, with the same amenities as the Junior Suites, consist of a living room with a seating area, a bedroom separated by a door, and a whirlpool/shower/toilet. Special services for the Senior Suite also include a personal welcome by guest relations and private check-in. Turn-down service, fresh bath towels, and daily minibar replenishment are also included. In addition, imported drinks in small bottles and a bottle of wine are provided (S2).

Pool Suite Type A (Summer)

These rooms are located in the garden area and offer a sleeping room with direct pool access. They can be located on the ground floor or the first floor. For safety reasons, children under six years of age are not permitted with Schauinsland-Reisen (PSA).

Pool Suite Type B (Summer)

With otherwise identical amenities and location to Pool Suite Type A, these feature two bedrooms (one with shower/WC, one with bath/WC) and a living room, plus pool access. For safety reasons, children under six years of age are not permitted with Schauinsland-Reisen (PSB).

Ultra All Inclusive

Rich buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner, late riser's breakfast, Turkish and international snacks throughout the day, ice cream, coffee/tea, and pastries in the afternoon, and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported beverages, are included at the open bars 24 hours a day. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks, water, and beer upon arrival and is refilled daily.

Sports included

One artificial turf and one tartan tennis court during the day with your own equipment, table tennis, darts, beach volleyball, fitness center, and canoeing and windsurfing on the beach (for experienced individuals with a license, seasonally).

Children's program

The mini club with different areas for children aged 0-3 years (Petit Club), 4-7 (Groovy Kids), 8-12 (Arcade), and 13-17 (Prime Kids) welcomes our young guests. Baby cots are available free of charge upon request.
