The hotel is located directly on the sandy/pebbly beach of Belek-Bogazkent. The nearest shopping center is approximately a 5-minute walk away. The center of Belek and Serik is 8 km away, the ancient city of Aspendos is 22 km away, and Manavgat and Side are approximately 40 km away. Antalya Airport is 40 km away, and Antalya city center is approximately 50 km away.

The holiday hotel consists of a main building and several annexes, offering 552 rooms spread over 4 floors. Among the many amenities is the attractively designed lobby with comfortable seating areas and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included. Other hotel facilities include the main restaurant with a terrace, various bars, a disco (11 p.m. to 2 a.m.), and several à-la-carte restaurants (available from May 1st to October 15th, subject to availability and reservation; one visit to an à-la-carte restaurant per week is included). A game room, various shops, and a hairdresser are available for a fee. The well-maintained grounds feature a freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace, an aqua park for adults with eight water slides, an infinity pool for relaxation (heated seasonally), and an aqua tower with six water slides for children (heated in winter, weather permitting). Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and bath towels are available to our guests free of charge at the pool and on the beach (which also has a snack bar). A new, spacious pier covering approximately 1000 m² offers a bar, pavilions (for a fee), an ice cream bar, and a fried chicken snack bar, available during seasonal operating times.

Double Room

The approx. 29 m² rooms feature one double bed and one single bed, shower/WC, balcony, minibar, safe, electric kettle, laminate flooring, centrally controlled air conditioning, Wi-Fi, various care products, as well as chocolates and chips on the arrival day; land view (D). Side sea view (DMS) or direct sea view (DM) are available for an extra charge. Double room = single room for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Family Room (Summer 25)

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the family rooms feature an additional bedroom with a connecting door (DF2). One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the second room with two single beds (1 bathroom/WC).

Family Room Run of the House (AYT803)

The family rooms consist of 2 rooms with a connecting door, bathroom/shower/WC, air conditioning, TV, rental safe, telephone, minibar (for a fee), and hairdryer. However, the room type is assigned by the hotel itself and may be located in a non-preferred area.

Family Room (Summer 26)

Approx. 39 m² in size, consisting of two bedrooms separated by a connecting door. One room has a double bed, the other has two single beds. Both rooms feature a TV, minibar, electric kettle, central air conditioning, balcony, Wi-Fi, safe, shower/WC, extensive care products, and a welcome package for children upon arrival. Maximum occupancy: 4 adults or 4+1 persons (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and late-riser breakfast in buffet form. Various snacks during the day, coffee/tea, pastries, and a midnight buffet. Diverse local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the currently open bars. Your minibar is stocked daily with still water, soft drinks, and beer.

Ultra All Inclusive (Summer 2026)

In 'All Day All Inclusive' style: breakfast, late breakfast, lunch, and dinner as an open buffet. Snacks during the day via the food court, gözleme, ice cream, and waffle stations. Detox bar, gluten-free and lactose-free products, and vegan options available upon request. Clark Gable Bar is open 24 hours. Bean coffee and Nespresso in the bars; minibar is stocked daily with still water, soft drinks, and beer.
