The hotel is located directly on the sandy-pebble beach of Belek-Bogazkent. The nearest shopping center is about a 5-minute walk away. The center of Belek and Serik is 8 km away, the ancient city of Aspendos 22 km, Manavgat and Side approx. 40 km. Antalya Airport is 40 km away, and Antalya city center is approx. 50 km away.

The holiday hotel consists of a main building and several outbuildings and has 552 rooms spread over 4 floors. Among the many amenities are the attractively designed reception hall with comfortable seating areas and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included. Other hotel facilities include the main restaurant with terrace, various bars, disco (11 PM to 2 AM), several à la carte restaurants (May 1st - October 15th, subject to availability and with reservation, one of the à la carte restaurants included once a week). Game room, various shops and hairdresser for a fee. In the well-kept outdoor area, there is a freshwater swimming pool with sun terrace, an aqua park for adults with eight water slides, an infinity pool for relaxation (heated seasonally), and an aqua tower with six water slides for children (heated in winter depending on the weather). Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and bath towels are available free of charge for our guests by the pool and on the beach (with snack bar). A new, spacious pier of approx. 1000 m² offers a bar, pavilions (for a fee), an ice cream bar, and a fried chicken snack bar is available to guests during seasonal hours.

Double Room

The approx. 29 m² rooms have a double and a single bed, shower/WC, balcony, minibar, safe, kettle, laminate flooring, centrally controlled air conditioning, Wi-Fi, many toiletries, as well as chocolate and chips on arrival day, land view (D). Side sea view (DMS) or direct sea view (DM) can be booked at an additional charge. DZ=EZ for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Family Room (Summer 25)

The family rooms have an additional sleeping room with a connecting door (DF2), otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the second room has two single beds (1 bathroom/WC).

Family Room Run of the House (AYT803)

The family rooms consist of 2 rooms with a connecting door, bathroom/shower/WC, air conditioning, TV, safe for rent, telephone, minibar (for a fee) and hairdryer. However, the room type is assigned by the hotel itself and may be in a less desirable location.

Family Room (Summer 26)

Approx. 39 m², consisting of two bedrooms separated by a connecting door. One room with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Both rooms have a TV, minibar, kettle, central air conditioning, balcony, Wi-Fi, safe, shower/WC, extensive toiletries, and a welcome package for children upon arrival. Maximum occupancy: 4 adults or 4+1 persons (DF2).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive (Summer 2025)

Breakfast, lunch and dinner and late riser breakfast in buffet form, various snacks, coffee/tea, pastries and a midnight buffet during the day. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Your minibar is stocked daily with still water, soft drinks, and beer.

Ultra All Inclusive (Summer 2026)

In 'All Day All Inclusive' style, breakfast, late breakfast, lunch and dinner as an open buffet. Snacks during the day via the food court, gözleme, ice cream and waffle stations. Detox bar, gluten-free and lactose-free products, and vegan options on request. Clark Gable Bar is open 24 hours. Bean and Nespresso coffee in the bars, minibar is stocked daily with still water, soft drinks, and beer.
