This modern holiday complex is located directly on the expansive, gently sloping pebble/sand beach. The center of Kundu with some exclusive shopping arcades is within a few minutes' walk, the center of Antalya is about 15 km away and Antalya Airport is approx. 10 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

The luxury hotel impresses with its exceptional architecture and offers a total of 798 rooms spread over nine floors. Amenities include the impressive lobby with reception, modern seating areas and lobby bar, ten panoramic elevators, the main restaurant with terrace, other bars, various specialty restaurants (included once per stay upon reservation and availability), a patisserie, a cinema, discotheque, a spacious indoor pool (open in winter) with a separate children's pool, and a well-equipped wellness area. Shops, "Gameland" with various entertainment options, internet café, hairdresser, various conference rooms, all for a fee. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area and in the rooms. The extensive garden area features a relaxation pool for adults, a beautifully landscaped freshwater pool area with a main pool, a separate children's pool, and another pool with five water slides for adults and three for children (open at certain times, only in the summer season). Additionally, the Delphin Aqua Serenity Aquapark (open from 10 am to 6 pm, opening hours are weather-dependent, only open in the summer season) with 10 water slides for adults and 7 for children is available. Sun terraces, pool/snack bars, and a trendy sunbathing jetty. Loungers, cushions, sunshades, and beach towels are included around the pools, on the jetty, and at the beach bar. From April 15th to October 15th, there is a quiet zone for adults in the beach area.
Winter:
- The number of restaurants may vary depending on the season.
- The outdoor relaxation pool is heated depending on the weather and at the hotelier's discretion.
- Pavilions cannot be used.
- All outdoor activities do not take place.
- Loungers and beach towels are available on the sun terrace and at the heated outdoor pool and are included.
- Daytime only soft animation and occasional live music.
- Minibar is refilled daily with water, soft drinks, and beer.

Accommodation

Double Room

The elegantly decorated rooms in appealing colors offer a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa (165x75cm), shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, coffee/tea setup, safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled and operated at specific hours), laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Sea view can be booked at an extra charge (DY2). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE/DY1).

Family Room

With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, these feature an additional bedroom separated by a connecting door and corridor, and are sea-facing. One double bed in the parents' room and a sofa (165x75cm), two single beds in the children's room (FY2).

Lagoon Room

These extravagant rooms are sea-facing and have pool views, are on the ground floor, and offer a terrace with direct access to the private "Lagoon Pool Area," otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms (LD2). For safety reasons, children under seven years of age are not permitted by schauinsland-reisen.

Junior Suite Sea View

The junior suites are more spacious and have the same amenities as the double rooms: shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, coffee capsule machine, safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled and operated at specific hours), laminate flooring, and a larger balcony facing the sea (JM2).

Double Room Superior (AYTB53/Winter)

These correspond to the double rooms (DSU/DSE). Can also be booked with a sea view (SMS/SIS).

Interconnecting Double Room (AYTB53, only bookable in summer)

These correspond to 2 double rooms/double superior rooms with a connecting door (CI2). Can also be booked with a side sea view as a double room type A (DA) or sea view as a double room type B (DB/DC).

Family Room Connecting Door

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these consist of two rooms (FAV).

All Inclusive

Elegant dessert buffet with variety of pastries and artistic sugar decorations in a stylish hotel setting.

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from extensive buffets, late riser breakfast, Sunday brunch with sparkling wine, various snacks, pastries, and ice cream throughout the day, as well as a midnight snack. Room service is free from 1 am to 6 am. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Wearing an Ultra All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
