This modern holiday residence is located directly on a spacious, gently sloping gravel/sand beach. The center of Kundu, with several exclusive shopping arcades, can be reached in a few minutes' walk; the center of Antalya is approximately 15 km away, and Antalya Airport is about 10 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

This luxury hotel impresses with its extraordinary architecture and has a total of 798 rooms spread over nine floors. The many amenities include the imposing lobby with reception, modern seating areas and lobby bar, ten panoramic elevators, the main restaurant with a terrace, additional bars, various à-la-carte restaurants (included once per stay, subject to reservation and availability), a patisserie, a cinema, a disco, and a spacious indoor pool (also available in the winter months; heating is at the hotelier's discretion). There is also a well-equipped wellness area. Shops, a "Gameland" with various entertainment options, an internet café, a hairdresser, and various conference rooms are all available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area and in the rooms. In the spacious garden, a relaxation pool awaits adults, which is heated during the winter season (subject to weather). Additionally, a beautifully designed freshwater pool landscape with a main pool and a separate children's pool invites you to relax. Another pool with eight water slides for adults and eight for children provides extra bathing fun (open hourly and exclusively during the summer season). Furthermore, the Delphin Aqua Serenity Aquapark is available (from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., opening hours depend on weather conditions, open only in the summer season) with 10 water slides for adults and 7 for children. Sun terraces, a pool/snack bar, and a trendy pier. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and bath towels are included around the pools, on the pier, and at the beach with a beach bar. From 15.4. to 15.10., there is a quiet zone for adults in the beach area.
Winter:
- Number of restaurants may change due to the season.
- The outdoor relaxation pool is heated depending on weather conditions and at the hotelier's discretion.
- Pavilions cannot be used.
- All outdoor activities do not take place.
- Sun loungers and bath towels are available on the sun terrace and at the heated outdoor pool and are included.
- During the day, only soft animation and occasional live music.
- Minibar is refilled daily with water, soft drinks, and beer.

Accommodation

Double room

Elegantly decorated in appealing colors, the rooms offer a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa (165x75cm), shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, coffee/tea setup, safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled and hourly), laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Sea-side rooms can be booked for an additional charge (DY2). Double room = Single room for sole use (DE/DY1).

Family room

With otherwise the same facilities as the double rooms, these feature an additional bedroom separated by a connecting door and a corridor, and are located on the sea side. One double bed in the master bedroom and sofa (165x75cm), two single beds in the children's room (FY2).

Lagoon room

These extravagant rooms are located on the sea side and have pool views, are on the ground floor, and offer a terrace with private access to the "lagoon pool area"; otherwise same facilities as the double rooms (LD2). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, schauinsland-reisen has a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

Junior Suite Sea Side

The Junior Suites are more spacious and feature the same facilities as the double rooms: shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, coffee capsule machine, safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled and hourly), laminate flooring, and a larger balcony facing the sea (JM2).

Double Room Superior (AYTB53/Winter)

Correspond to the double rooms (DSU/DSE). Optionally also bookable on the sea side (SMS/SIS).

Double Room Interconnecting (AYTB53, only bookable in summer)

These correspond to 2 double rooms/double room superiors with a connecting door (CI2). Optionally also bookable with partial sea view as Double Room Type A (DA) or sea-side as Double Room Type B (DB/DC).

With similar facilities to the double rooms, these consist of two rooms (FAV).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from rich buffets, late-riser breakfast, Sunday brunch with sparkling wine, various snacks, pastries, and ice cream continuously throughout the day, as well as a midnight snack. Room service from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m. free of charge. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is refilled daily with water, soft drinks, beer, mineral water, wine, milk, chips, crackers, and chocolate. Wearing an Ultra All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
