The comfortable hotel has a total of 457 rooms on ten floors (six lifts available). Amenities include a spacious lobby with reception, comfortable seating areas, and two lobby bars. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The main restaurant (with terrace, April 1 - October 31), various à-la-carte restaurants (alternately open with advance reservation and service charge, depending on occupancy), several bars and a patisserie, conference rooms with business center, shops, disco, hairdresser, beauty and wellness center (each for a fee). The extensive garden features a freshwater swimming pool area with an aquapark (nine water slides, hourly, April 1 - October 31), pool/snackbar, and a separate children's pool and sun terraces, as well as the amusement park with rides (hourly, April 1 - October 31). Sun loungers, umbrellas, and the first beach towel are included for our guests by the pool and on the hotel's own beach section (in summer with beach/snackbar). Bath towels are free once a day, a change on the same day is subject to a fee.
Winter:
- one pool is heated depending on the weather in winter
- Fewer à-la-carte restaurants are open, each for a fee and alternately.
- Beach volleyball is not offered in the winter season.
- Heated indoor pool with separate children's pool and jacuzzi (November 1 - March 31).
- Sun loungers and bath towels (change on the same day for a fee) are included.
- All outdoor facilities are not available in winter.

Double Room

The rooms are modernly and comfortably furnished with a shower/toilet (shower with steam bath function), hairdryer, direct dial telephone, central air conditioning (weather-dependent, operates hourly), minibar, kettle with coffee & tea setup, satellite TV, safe, parquet flooring with a small carpet, and balcony (D). Rooms with side sea view (DMS) or sea view (DM) can be booked at an additional charge. DZ=EZ for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Family Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these consist of two rooms in a maisonette style with stairs and an open gallery (bedroom with shower/toilet on the lower floor with two single beds, and another bedroom and a second bathroom with shower/toilet on the upper floor) and a balcony (DF2). Can be booked with sea view for an additional charge (F2M).

Junior Suite Sea View

The spacious suites, with otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, feature a separate living/sleeping area with shower/toilet and connecting door, as well as a second shower/toilet and whirlpool in the bedroom, sea view, and balcony (J2M).

King Suite

The rooms, approximately 70m², have similar amenities to the double rooms and additionally offer a whirlpool in the bedroom and a living room with shower/toilet and sea view (KS).

Lagoon Deluxe Suite

Offers a privileged holiday experience with a special welcome and perfect service. These rooms, approximately 54 m², designed for comfort, feature a private pool and terrace, electronic key card entrance, direct dial telephone, satellite TV with internet connection, electronic safe, special coffee machine, well-stocked minibar, complimentary stroller, iron, and ironing board. The bathroom includes a telephone, bathrobes, and special bath amenities (L2D). DZ=EZ for single use (LD1).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet (each with diet corner), late riser breakfast, various snacks by the pool and on the beach during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and midnight buffet. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are available 24 hours at the respective open bars. Your minibar is stocked with soft drinks, beer, and water upon arrival and is replenished daily. Wearing a UAI wristband is mandatory.
