The comfortable hotel has a total of 457 rooms spread across ten floors (six elevators available). Amenities include a spacious lobby with a reception, comfortable seating areas, and two lobby bars. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. There's a main restaurant (with terrace, Apr 1 - Oct 31), various à la carte restaurants (alternately open with prior reservation and service charge, depending on occupancy), several bars, and a patisserie, conference rooms with a business center, shops, a disco, hairdresser, and a beauty and wellness center (each for a fee). The extensive gardens feature a freshwater swimming pool complex with an aqua park (nine water slides, open for a few hours daily, Apr 1 - Oct 31), a pool/snackbar, and a separate children's pool with sun terraces, as well as an amusement park with rides (open for a few hours daily, Apr 1 - Oct 31). Sun loungers, umbrellas, and the first beach towel are included for our guests at the pool and on the hotel's own beach section (with beach/snackbar in summer). Bath towels are provided free of charge once per day; a change on the same day incurs a fee.
Winter:
- One pool is heated, weather permitting.
- Fewer à la carte restaurants are open, each with a charge and on a rotating basis.
- Beach volleyball is not offered during the winter season.
- Heated indoor pool with a separate children's pool and Jacuzzi (Nov 1 - Mar 31).
- Sun loungers and bath towels (same-day change incurs a fee) are included.
- All outdoor facilities are not available in winter.

Accommodation

Double Room

The rooms are modernly and comfortably furnished with a shower/WC (shower with steam bath function), hairdryer, direct dial telephone, central air conditioning (weather-dependent, operates for a few hours), minibar, kettle with coffee & tea setup, satellite TV, safe, parquet flooring with a small carpet, and a balcony (D). Rooms with side sea view (DMS) or sea view (DM) can be booked at an additional charge. DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE/DES/DEM).

Family Room

With similar furnishings to the double rooms, these consist of two rooms in a maisonette style with stairs and an open gallery (sleeping area with shower/WC on the lower level with two single beds, and another sleeping area and a second bathroom with shower/WC on the upper level) and a balcony (DF2). Can be booked with sea view for an additional charge (F2M).

Junior Suite Sea View

These spacious suites, with otherwise similar furnishings to the double rooms, feature a separate living/sleeping area with shower/WC and connecting door, as well as a second shower/WC and a whirlpool in the bedroom, sea view, and balcony (J2M).

King Suite

These rooms, approximately 70m², have furnishings similar to the double rooms and additionally offer a whirlpool in the bedroom and a living room with shower/WC and sea view (KS).

Lagoon Deluxe Suite

Offers a privileged holiday experience with a special welcome and perfect service. These rooms, approximately 54m², designed for comfort with a private pool and terrace, feature an electronic key card entrance, direct dial telephone, satellite TV with internet access, electronic safe, special coffee machine, well-stocked minibar, complimentary stroller, iron, and ironing board. The bathroom includes a telephone, bathrobes, and special bath amenities (L2D). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (LD1).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style (each with a diet corner), late riser's breakfast, various snacks by the pool and on the beach during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and a midnight buffet. A selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are available 24 hours a day at the open bars. Your minibar is stocked with soft drinks, beer, and water upon arrival and is refilled daily. Wearing the UAI wristband is mandatory.
