Location

The comfortable holiday hotel is located in the popular holiday region of Lara near Antalya, directly on the wide sandy beach (slightly pebbly at the waterline). Chic shopping centers are in the immediate vicinity, and Antalya with its numerous entertainment and shopping options is approx. 17 km away. Both are easily accessible by taxi or public minibus.

The modern hotel complex in a minimalist style has a total of 498 rooms spread over nine floors (six panoramic lifts available). The various hotel facilities include a chic lobby with reception, stylish seating areas and a lobby bar, the main restaurant with terrace area, and two à la carte restaurants (reservation fee required with prior notice). Other amenities include bars, an inviting patisserie, mini-market, various shops, game hall, hairdresser (each for a fee), three conference rooms, and a modern indoor pool (converted into a quiet pool in summer from 04/01-10/31, not heated) with a separate children's pool. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby, in the rooms, and in public areas. In the beautifully landscaped outdoor area, you will find a spacious freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a quiet pool (only as a quiet pool in summer / from 11/01-03/31 it serves as a heated swimming pool) for adults aged 16 and over, and a pool with nine water slides (hourly), as well as a sun terrace with a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, parasols, and bath towels are available free of charge here and at the hotel's own beach section with beach/snack bar and jetty.
Winter (11/01-03/31):
- Heated outdoor pool. Sun loungers, pads, and bath towels are included here.
- Only one à la carte restaurant is available for a fee.
- Daytime soft animation, occasional live music.
- Quiet pool and slides not available in winter.
- Parasols not available.
- Outdoor service stations are closed. They may be opened depending on weather conditions and at the hotelier's discretion.

Accommodation

Double room

The modernly decorated double rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, seating area, LCD satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar, air conditioning (centrally controlled/hourly), electric kettle and coffee/tea setup, laminate flooring, and a balcony on the land side (D). Rooms with side sea view (DMS) or sea view (DM) can be booked for an extra charge. In Summer ’26, double rooms for single use can also be booked (DE/DES/DEM).

Super saver room

With similar facilities to the double rooms, these feature a standing balcony with land view (SOZ). In Summer ’26, double rooms for single use can also be booked (SOE).

Family room

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these consist of two rooms with a connecting door and one bathroom with shower/WC (DF2). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (F2M).

Large double room (Quad room)

With otherwise the same facilities as the double rooms, these feature a shower/WC, are slightly larger, and are equipped with a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa (D2X). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (MX2).

Family room pool access/Lake House (Summer)

With otherwise the same facilities as the family rooms, these feature direct pool access and are equipped with one double and two single beds as well as two bathrooms with showers. One room has a terrace allowing access to the pool; the other room does not have a terrace (2FB). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children.
Therefore, for security reasons, schauinsland-reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Deluxe family room

Located on the top two floors, these consist of two rooms and two bathrooms with showers and otherwise feature the same facilities as the double rooms (2DF). Can be booked with sea view as type B (XFB).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet. Late riser breakfast, daytime local and international snacks at various stations, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, ice cream hour (in summer), and midnight snack. Optional dinner in the à la carte restaurants with prior notice and reservation fee. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Your minibar is refilled daily with water, soft drinks, small snacks, and beer.
