This comfortable holiday hotel is located in the popular resort region of Lara near Antalya, directly on a wide sandy beach (slightly pebbly at the waterline). Chic shopping centers are in the immediate vicinity, and Antalya with its numerous entertainment and shopping options is approx. 17 km away. Both are easily accessible by taxi or public minibus.

The modern, minimalist-style hotel complex has a total of 498 rooms spread over nine floors (six panoramic elevators available). The hotel's various amenities include a chic lobby with reception, stylish seating areas and a lobby bar, the main restaurant with a terrace area, and two à la carte restaurants (requires reservation and service fee). Other facilities include additional bars, an inviting patisserie, a mini-market, various shops, a games hall, and a hairdresser (all for a fee), three conference rooms, and a modern indoor pool (repurposed as a quiet pool from 04/01 to 10/31 in summer, not heated) with a separate children's pool. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby, in rooms, and in public areas. The beautifully landscaped outdoor area features a spacious freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a quiet pool for adults aged 16 and over (serves as a quiet pool only in summer; serves as a heated pool from 11/01 to 03/31 in winter), and a pool with nine water slides (operating at set times), as well as a sun terrace with a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are provided free of charge here and at the hotel's own beach section, which also features a beach/snack bar and a pier.
Winter (11/01–03/31):
- Heated outdoor pool. Sun loungers, cushions, and bath towels are included here.
- Only one à la carte restaurant is available for a fee.
- Daytime soft animation, occasional live music.
- Quiet pool and slides are not available in winter.
- Sun umbrellas are not provided.
- Outdoor service stations are closed. They may be opened depending on weather conditions and at the discretion of the hotel management.

Accommodation

Double Room

The modernly decorated double rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, seating area, LCD satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar, air conditioning (centrally controlled/at set times), electric kettle, coffee/tea setup, laminate flooring, and a balcony facing the landside (D). Rooms with side sea view (DMS) or sea view (DM) can be booked for an extra charge. In Summer ’26, double rooms for single use (DE/DES/DEM) are also available.

Super Saver Room

With similar features to the double rooms, these include a standing balcony with land view (SOZ). In Summer ’26, available for single use (SOE).

Family Room

With the same features as the double rooms, these consist of two rooms with a connecting door and one bathroom with shower/WC (DF2). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (F2M).

Large Double Room (Quad Room)

With otherwise identical features to the double rooms, these feature a shower/WC, are slightly larger, and are equipped with a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa (D2X). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (MX2).

Family Room Pool Access/Lake House (Summer)

With otherwise identical features to the family rooms, these offer direct pool access and are equipped with one double bed, two single beds, and two bathrooms with showers. One room has a terrace allowing pool access, while the other room does not have a terrace (2FB). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booked in these room types.

Deluxe Family Room

Located on the top two floors, these consist of two rooms and two bathrooms with showers and otherwise feature the same amenities as the double rooms (2DF). Can be booked with sea view as type B (XFB).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet. Late riser breakfast, local and international snacks during the day at various stations, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, ice cream hour (in summer), as well as a midnight snack. Optional dinner in the à la carte restaurants with prior reservation and service fee. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as some imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Your minibar is replenished daily with water, soft drinks, snacks, and beer.
