Location

This comfortable holiday hotel is located in the popular Lara resort region near Antalya, directly on a wide sandy beach (slightly pebbly at the waterline). Stylish shopping centers are very close by, and Antalya with its numerous entertainment and shopping options is approx. 17 km away. Both are easily accessible by taxi or public minibus.

The modern, minimalist-style hotel complex has a total of 476 rooms spread over nine floors (six panoramic elevators available). The various hotel facilities include a chic lobby with reception, stylish seating areas and a lobby bar, the main restaurant with a terrace area, and two à la carte restaurants (reservation fee required, subject to prior booking). Further amenities include additional bars, an inviting patisserie, a mini-market, various shops, a game hall, a hairdresser (all for a fee), three conference rooms, and a modern indoor pool (in summer from April 1st to October 31st, it is repurposed as a quiet pool; not heated) with a separate children's pool. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby, in rooms, and in public areas. In the beautifully landscaped outdoor area, there is a spacious freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a quiet pool for adults aged 16 and over (only functions as a quiet pool in summer; from November 1st to March 31st, it serves as a heated swimming pool), and a pool with nine water slides (operating at set times), as well as a sun terrace with a pool/snack bar. Here, as well as on the hotel's own beach section with a beach/snack bar and jetty, sun loungers, parasols, and bath towels are provided free of charge.
Winter (November 1st – March 31st):
- Heated outdoor pool. Sun loungers, cushions, and bath towels are included.
- Only one à la carte restaurant is available for a fee.
- Soft animation during the day, occasionally live music.
- Quiet pool and slides are not available in winter.
- Parasols are not available.
- Outdoor service stations are closed. They may be opened depending on weather conditions and at the hotelier's discretion.

Accommodation

Double room

The modernly decorated double rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, seating area, LCD satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar, air conditioning (centrally controlled/at set times), electric kettle and coffee/tea setup, laminate flooring, and a balcony facing the landside (D). Rooms with side sea view (DMS) or sea view (DM) can be booked for an additional charge. Double rooms can be booked for single occupancy (DE/DES/DEM).

Super saver room

With similar facilities to the double rooms, these include a standing balcony with a land view (SOZ). Double rooms can be booked for single occupancy (SOE).

Family room

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these consist of two rooms with a connecting door and one bathroom with a shower/WC (DF2). Sea view can be booked for an additional charge (F2M).

Large double room (Quadroroom)

Featuring the same facilities as the double rooms, these rooms are slightly larger, equipped with a shower/WC, one double bed, one single bed, and a sofa (D2X). Sea view can be booked for an additional charge (MX2).

Family room pool access/Lake House (Summer 26)

With the same facilities as the family rooms, these feature direct pool access and are equipped with one double bed, two single beds, and two bathrooms with a shower. One room has a terrace that allows access to the pool; the other room has no terrace (2FB). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booked into these room types.

Deluxe family room

Located on the top two floors, these consist of two rooms and two bathrooms with a shower, and otherwise feature the same facilities as the double rooms (2DF). Can be booked with a sea view as type B (XFB).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet. Late riser breakfast, local and international snacks at various stations during the day, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, ice cream hour (in summer), and a midnight snack. Optional dinner in the à la carte restaurants upon prior booking and reservation fee. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Your minibar is replenished daily with water, soft drinks, snacks, and beer.
