The exclusive hotel complex with an international clientele comprises six-story buildings with a total of 429 rooms. The modern facilities include a reception hall with a reception desk, seating areas, and lifts. Internet corner (30 min.) and Wi-Fi throughout the complex are included. There is a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (open six days a week, each for a fee), bars, a café, TV room, disco, shops, and a hairdresser (all for a fee), as well as four modernly equipped conference rooms (for a fee) and an indoor pool (open in winter). The beautifully designed and spacious garden area features a large freshwater swimming pool complex with a separate children's pool, sun terrace, and pool/snackbar during the summer, as well as a heated aquapark with 10 slides. Sun loungers, umbrellas, cushions, and beach towels are provided free of charge here and at the beach (with beach/snackbar). The IC Hotels Green Palace & Villas with its Lake Villa rooms is located right next door and offers meals in its à la carte restaurant, which also has its own bar. All activities such as entertainment, kids' club, disco, fitness center, restaurant, and bars can be shared with IC Hotels Green Palace.
Winter:
- Only three à la carte restaurants are available, each for a fee.
- Sun loungers, cushions, and beach towels are included at the indoor pool and sun terrace.
- The slides will be partially open depending on weather conditions and at the hotelier's discretion.
- Only soft entertainment, no evening or live shows.
- The indoor pool is open and heated seasonally.

Double Room

The elegantly furnished rooms are equipped with bath/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, safe, Smart TV, mini-fridge, air conditioning (central, hourly) and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Family Room

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, these feature an additional bedroom with two single beds, a separate living/sleeping area, and a second bathroom/WC (DF2).

Junior Suite

These are more spacious than the double rooms and, with otherwise identical amenities, feature a connecting door to the living room with a comfortable seating area. Also bookable for max. 2+2 (JS2).

Quad Room

The elegantly furnished rooms are equipped with one double bed and two full-size single sofa beds, bath/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, safe, Smart satellite TV, mini-fridge, air conditioning (central, hourly) and balcony (4BZ).

Lake Villa (Summer)

The approx. 61-70 sqm villas offer 2 separate bedrooms, a separate living room, 2 bathrooms with shower and/or bathtub/WC, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, laminate flooring, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, garden view and/or pool view, safe, 3 TVs (flat-screen Smart TVs), kettle, coffee/tea, terrace with direct access to the communal pool of this category. Bed linen, towels, and mattresses are 100% organic cotton (VA2).

Lake Villa Deluxe (Summer 25)

The approx. 130 sqm villa offers comfort with 4 separate bedrooms, a separate living room, and 4 bathrooms with similar amenities to the Lake Villa (VB2).

Balli Deluxe (Summer 25)

The approx. 300 sqm villa has similar features to the Lake Villa and consists of 2 separate bedrooms, a separate living room. The master bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with a whirlpool and shower. The second bedroom has two single beds with a bathtub/WC. The terrace offers direct access to the private pool (V2C).

Superior Deluxe Villa (Summer 25)

The approx. 396 sqm villa consists of 3 separate bedrooms, a separate living room. The master bedroom has a double bed with a bathroom featuring a whirlpool and shower. The other rooms have two double beds and underfloor heating with shower/WC, safe, 4 TVs (flat-screen Smart TVs). Direct pool access via the terrace to the private pool (DV2).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from varied buffets, late riser breakfast, various snacks, ice cream, and pastries throughout the day, as well as a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the bars that are open. The minibar is replenished daily with soft drinks, beer, and water.
