The exclusive hotel complex, which caters to an international clientele, features six-story buildings with a total of 429 rooms. Modern amenities include a lobby with a reception, seating areas, and elevators. An internet corner (30 min.) and Wi-Fi are included throughout the property. The hotel also features a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à-la-carte restaurants (open six days a week, each for a fee), bars, a café, a TV room, a discotheque, shops, and a hairdresser (each for a fee), as well as four modern, well-equipped conference rooms (for a fee) and an indoor pool (open in winter). Featuring the same amenities as the double rooms, these also include an additional bedroom with two single beds, a separate living/bedroom area, and a second bath/WC (DF2).

Junior suite

These are more spacious than the double rooms and feature the same amenities as the double rooms, with a connecting door to a living room with a cozy seating area. Also bookable with a max. of 2+2 (JS2).

Quadruple room (Quad)

These elegantly furnished rooms are equipped with one double bed and two full-size single folding beds, bath/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, safe, smart satellite TV, mini-fridge, air conditioning (central, operated by the hour), and a balcony (4BZ).

Lake Villa (Summer)

These villas, approximately 61-70 m², offer 2 separate bedrooms, a separate living room, 2 bathrooms with a shower and/or bathtub/WC, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, laminate flooring, central air conditioning, minibar, garden and/or pool view, safe, 3 TVs (smart flat-screen TVs), electric kettle, coffee/tea, and a terrace with direct access to the communal pool for this category. Balli Deluxe (Summer 25)

These villas, approximately 300 m², have similar amenities to the Lake Villa and consist of 2 separate bedrooms and a separate living room. The main bedroom includes a double bed and a bathroom with a whirlpool and shower; the other bedroom has two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub/WC. There is a terrace with direct access to a private pool (V2C). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential hazard for small children.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from varied buffets; late-riser breakfast; snacks during the day, as well as ice cream and pastries; midnight snacks.
