The exclusive hotel complex with an international clientele comprises a six-story building with a total of 429 rooms. Modern facilities include a lobby with a reception, seating areas, and elevators. Internet corner (30 min.) and Wi-Fi throughout the complex are included. There is a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (open six days a week, charge applies), bars, a café, TV room, disco, shops, and a hairdresser (all at a charge). Four modernly equipped conference rooms (at a charge) and an indoor pool (open in winter) are also available. The beautifully designed and extensive garden area features a large freshwater swimming pool complex with a separate children's pool, sun terrace, and pool/snack bar during the summer, as well as a heated aquapark with 10 slides. Sunshades, loungers, mattresses, and beach towels are available free of charge here and at the beach (with beach/snack bar). The IC Hotels Green Palas&Villas, with its Lake Villa rooms, is located right next door, offering all meals in its à la carte restaurant and having its own bar. All activities such as animation, kids' club, disco, fitness center, restaurant, and bars can be shared with IC Hotels Green Palace.
Winter:
- Only three à la carte restaurants are available, each at a charge.
- Loungers, mattresses, and beach towels at the indoor pool and sun terrace are included.
- The slides will be partially opened depending on weather conditions and at the hotelier's discretion.
- Only soft animation, no evening or live shows.
- The indoor pool is open and heated according to the season.

Double Room

Elegantly furnished rooms are equipped with bath/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, safe, Smart TV, mini-fridge, air conditioning (central, hourly), and balcony (D). Double rooms can also be booked for single use (DE).

Family Room

In addition to the standard double room amenities, these rooms feature an extra bedroom with two single beds, a separate living/sleeping area, and a second bathroom/WC (DF2).

Junior Suite

These suites are more spacious than double rooms and, in addition to the standard amenities, feature a connecting door to a living room with a comfortable seating area. Also bookable for a maximum of 2 adults + 2 children (JS2).

Quad Room

Elegantly furnished rooms are equipped with one double bed and two full-size single sofa beds, bath/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, safe, Smart satellite TV, mini-fridge, air conditioning (central, hourly), and balcony (4BZ).

Lake Villa (Summer)

The approx. 61-70 sqm villas offer 2 separate bedrooms, a separate living room, 2 bathrooms with shower and/or bath/WC, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, laminate flooring, centrally controlled air conditioning, minibar, garden and/or pool view, safe, 3 TVs (flat-screen Smart TVs), kettle, coffee/tea, terrace with direct access to the communal pool of this category. Bed linen, towels, and mattresses are 100% organic cotton (VA2).

Lake Villa Deluxe (Summer 25)

The approx. 130 sqm villa offers comfort with 4 separate bedrooms, a separate living room, and 4 bathrooms with similar amenities to the Lake Villa (VB2).

Balli Deluxe (Summer 25)

The approx. 300 sqm villa has similar features to the Lake Villa, consisting of 2 separate bedrooms, a separate living room, a double bed in the master bedroom with a bathroom with whirlpool and shower, two single beds in the second bedroom with a bath/WC, and a terrace with direct access to the private pool (V2C).

Superior Deluxe Villa (Summer 25)

The approx. 396 sqm villa consists of 3 separate bedrooms, a separate living room, a double bed in the master bedroom with a bathroom with whirlpool and shower, 2 double beds in the other rooms, underfloor heating with shower/WC, safe, 4 TVs (flat-screen Smart TVs), and direct pool access via the terrace to the private pool (DV2).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from varied buffets, late riser's breakfast, various snacks, ice cream, and pastries throughout the day, as well as a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is replenished daily with soft drinks, beer, and water.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

All bottled beverages, energy drinks, and other imported drinks.

Sports included
