This modern hotel complex is set in approximately 13,000 m² of beautifully landscaped gardens, directly on the hotel's private sandy beach. Alanya is about 20 km from the hotel.

The complex consists of one building with a total of 222 rooms spread across 6 floors. It offers elevators, a restaurant with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant (available for a fee with reservation), and several bars. A seasonally open and weather-dependent heated indoor pool is also available. The outdoor area features a swimming pool with a separate children's pool and water slides, as well as an aqua park with five water slides (open April 17 - October 31 and operating during specific hours), sun terraces, and a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, umbrellas with cushions, and beach towels are provided free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

The rooms, measuring approximately 24–30 m², feature a double bed or two single beds, a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled and weather-dependent), telephone, satellite TV, safe, minibar, kettle with coffee and tea making facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Double rooms for single occupancy are also available (DE).

Deluxe Double Room

The rooms, measuring approximately 24–30 m², feature a double bed or two single beds, a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled and weather-dependent), telephone, satellite TV, safe, minibar, kettle with coffee and tea making facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi, laminate flooring, and a balcony with a Jacuzzi (DDJ).

Swim-Up Room (16+ Years)

The rooms, measuring approximately 24–30 m², feature a double bed or two single beds, a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled and weather-dependent), telephone, satellite TV, safe, minibar, kettle with coffee and tea making facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi, laminate flooring, and a balcony with direct access to the communal pool of this category (SWD). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children. Therefore, for safety reasons, schauinsland-reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types for children.

The rooms, measuring approximately 40 m², feature two bedrooms with two double beds and a single bed, a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled and weather-dependent), telephone, satellite TV, safe, minibar, kettle with coffee and tea making facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi, laminate flooring, and a balcony (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style. Additionally, a late riser's breakfast, snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie in the afternoon, and a mini midnight buffet (at Lonicera World Beach) are available. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported beverages, are included at the open bars from 10 AM to 2:30 AM. After 2:30 AM, only soft drinks are included. The minibar is replenished daily with water and soft drinks.
