This modern hotel complex is situated in a beautifully landscaped garden of approx. 13,000 m², directly on the hotel's own sandy beach. Alanya is located approx. 20 km from the hotel.

The complex consists of a building with a total of 222 rooms over 6 floors and offers elevators, a restaurant with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant (for a fee, reservation required), and several bars. An indoor pool, which is open seasonally and can be heated depending on the weather, is also available. The outdoor area features a swimming pool with a separate baby pool and water slides, as well as an aqua park with five water slides (open April 17th to October 31st, operating at specific hours), sun terraces, and a pool/snack bar. Sun umbrellas, loungers with pads, and beach towels are available free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

The approx. 24–30 m² rooms are equipped with a double bed or two single beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled and weather-dependent), telephone, satellite TV, safe, minibar, electric kettle with coffee and tea-making facilities, Wi-Fi included, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Double rooms for single use are also available to book (DE).

Double Room Deluxe

The approx. 24–30 m² rooms are equipped with a double bed or two single beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled and weather-dependent), telephone, satellite TV, safe, minibar, electric kettle with coffee and tea-making facilities, Wi-Fi included, laminate flooring, and a whirlpool on the balcony (DDJ).

Swim-Up Room (16+ years)

The approx. 24–30 m² rooms are equipped with a double bed or two single beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled and weather-dependent), telephone, satellite TV, safe, minibar, electric kettle with coffee and tea-making facilities, Wi-Fi included, laminate flooring, and a balcony with direct access to the communal pool for this category (SWD). Rooms with direct pool/sea access represent an increased potential hazard for young children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

The approx. 40 m² rooms feature two bedrooms with two double beds and one single bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled and weather-dependent), telephone, satellite TV, safe, minibar, electric kettle with coffee and tea-making facilities, Wi-Fi included, laminate flooring, and a balcony (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in buffet form. Additionally, a late-riser breakfast, snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie in the afternoon, and a mini midnight buffet (at Lonicera World Beach) are available. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as some imported drinks are included at the bars when open from 10:00 AM to 2:30 AM; from 2:30 AM, only soft drinks are included. The minibar is replenished daily with water and soft drinks.
