The hotel is situated in the Türkler holiday region and is separated from the wide sand/pebble beach only by the coastal road; a pedestrian underpass is available. Alanya, with its numerous shopping and entertainment options, is approx. 18 km away; taxi and minibus connections are available on the road.

Summer:
The modern holiday resort of the well-known Eftalia Group offers a total of 682 rooms distributed across one main building and three swim-up buildings. The many amenities include a chic lobby with reception, inviting seating areas and lobby bar, main restaurant with terrace area (weather permitting), two à-la-carte restaurants (alcoholic drinks for a fee, included once per stay upon reservation), as well as "Burger Land" which is open 24 hours a day outside of main meal times, various bars, a patisserie, various shops (for a fee), and the well-equipped spa center as well as an indoor pool with a separate children's area (can be heated seasonally). Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex. In the spacious, well-maintained outdoor area, you will find a great pool landscape with a main pool and separate children's pools and water slides. At the beach, you will find "Eftalia Island" with a large main pool, several pools with water slides for young and old (summer). Pool bars, several beach/snack bars (open during the summer season and serving soft drinks only), and a disco (midnight to 2 a.m., for a fee). Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and the first beach towel per person are included at the pool and beach (exchanges possible for a deposit).

The stylishly furnished rooms in the main building offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, minibar, air conditioning (individually adjustable), safe, laminate flooring, balcony, and land view (D). DZ=Single room for sole use (DE).

Large double room

With similar features and location as the double rooms, these are more spacious and offer sleeping arrangements for three adults and one child (D2X).

Family room Type A

These offer the same features and location as the double rooms, plus an additional separate bedroom with a connecting door (2FA).

Swim Up Type A (Summer)

With otherwise similar features to the double rooms, these consist of two rooms in a maisonette style with private pool access (children are only permitted from age 6). They are located in one of the three swim-up buildings (A2Q).

Swim Up Type B (Summer)

With otherwise similar features and the same location as Swim Up Type A, these consist of a total of three rooms in a maisonette style with private pool access (children are only permitted from age 6) (B2Q).

Comfort room (Winter)

Similar features to the family rooms for a maximum occupancy of 2+0 (2CD).

You will receive breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, late-riser breakfast (10 a.m. to 11 a.m.), various snacks throughout the day, ice cream hour (only in summer and at Eftalia Island), coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie, as well as the 24-hour "Burger Land". Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is refilled once a week with water and soft drinks. Wearing an Ultra All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Imported drinks, alcoholic drinks at Eftalia Island (except beer and wine), spirits on the beach, fresh fruit juices, bottled drinks, Turkish coffee, and cocktails and drinks in the disco.
