The hotel is located in the Türkler holiday region, separated from the extensive sandy/pebble beach only by the coastal road; an underpass is available. Alanya, with its numerous shopping and entertainment options, is approx. 18 km away; taxi and minibus connections are available on the road.

Summer:
The modern holiday complex of the well-known Eftalia Group offers a total of 682 rooms spread across a main building and three swim-up buildings. Among the many amenities are the chic reception hall with seating areas and lobby bar, main restaurant with terrace (weather permitting), two à la carte restaurants (alcoholic drinks for a fee, included once per stay with reservation), as well as the "Burger Land" open 24 hours outside of meal times, various bars, a patisserie, several shops (for a fee), and a well-equipped spa center with an indoor pool and separate children's area. Wi-Fi is included throughout the resort. In the spacious, well-maintained outdoor area, you will find the wonderful pool landscape with a main pool and separate children's pools and water slides. On the beach, you will find "Eftalia Island" with large main pools, several pools with water slides for all ages (summer). Pool bars, several beach/snack bars (open in summer season and serving only soft drinks), and a disco (2 AM to 2 AM, for a fee). Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas, and the first towel are included at the pool and on the beach (exchange possible for a deposit).

With similar amenities and location as the double rooms, these are more spacious and offer sleeping facilities for three adults and one child (D2X).

Family Room Type A

With the same amenities and location as the double rooms, these offer an additional separate bedroom with a connecting door (2FA).

Swim Up Type A (Summer)

Otherwise similar in amenities to the double rooms, these consist of two rooms in a maisonette style and have private pool access (children aged 6 and above only). They are located in one of the three swim-up buildings (A2Q).

Swim Up Type B (Summer)

Otherwise similar in amenities and location to Swim Up Type A, these consist of a total of three rooms in a maisonette style and have private pool access (children aged 6 and above only) (B2Q).

Comfort Room (Winter)

With similar amenities to the family rooms, for a maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 0 children (2CD).

You will receive breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, late riser's breakfast (10 AM to 11 AM), various snacks during the day, ice cream hour (summer only and at Eftalia Island), coffee/tea and pastries at the patisserie, and the "Burger Land" open 24 hours. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available 24 hours at the respective open bars. The minibar is refilled once a week with water and soft drinks. Wearing an Ultra All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Imported drinks, alcoholic drinks at Eftalia Island (except beer and wine), spirits on the beach, fresh fruit juices, bottled drinks, Turkish coffee, and cocktails and drinks at the disco.
