The hotel is situated in the Türkler holiday region and is separated from the expansive sand/pebble beach only by the coastal road; an underpass is available. Alanya with its numerous shopping and entertainment venues is approx. 18 km away; taxi and minibus connections are available on the road.

Summer:
The modern holiday residence of the well-known Eftalia Group offers a total of 682 rooms, spread across a main building and three swim-up buildings. The many amenities include the chic lobby with reception, inviting seating areas and lobby bar, main restaurant with terrace area (weather permitting), two à-la-carte restaurants (alcoholic drinks for a fee, once per stay included upon reservation), as well as the “Burger Land” which is open 24 hours a day outside of mealtimes, various bars, a patisserie, various shops (for a fee), and the well-equipped spa center, as well as an indoor pool with a separate children's area (can be heated depending on the season). Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex. In the spacious, well-maintained outdoor area, you will find a great pool landscape with a main pool and separate children's pools and water slides. At the beach, you will find “Eftalia Island” with large main pools, several pools with water slides for adults and children (summer). Pool bars, several beach/snack bars (open in the summer season and only soft drinks), and a disco (midnight to 2 a.m., for a fee). Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and the first pool towel are included at the pool and beach (exchanges possible for a deposit).

Large double room

With similar features and the same location as the double rooms, these are more spacious and offer sleeping arrangements for three adults and one child (D2X).

Family room Type A

With the same features and location as the double rooms, they offer you an additional separate bedroom with a connecting door (2FA).

Swim Up Type A (Summer)

Consisting of two rooms in a maisonette style with private pool access, with otherwise similar features to the double rooms (children are only allowed from 6 years of age). They are located in one of the three swim-up buildings (A2Q).

Swim Up Type B (Summer)

Consisting of a total of three rooms in a maisonette style with private pool access, with otherwise similar features and the same location as the Swim Up Type A (children are only allowed from 6 years of age) (B2Q).

Comfort room (Winter)

With similar features as the family rooms for a max. occupancy of 2+0 (2CD).

You will receive breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, late-riser breakfast (10 a.m. to 11 a.m.), various snacks throughout the day, ice cream hour (only in summer and at Eftalia Island), coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie, as well as the 24-hour open “Burger Land”. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is refilled once a week with water and soft drinks. Wearing an Ultra All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
