Location

The hotel's own, wide shingle/sand beach is approx. 200 m away and easily accessible via an underpass belonging to the hotel, under the Antalya-Alanya connecting road. Kızılot is located on the coast between Manavgat and Alanya. The center of Manavgat is about 15 km away, the historic town of Side with its ancient sites approx. 25 km. Antalya Airport is around 90 km away.

The hotel with 204 rooms, spread across two connected blocks, each with six floors. The many amenities for a carefree holiday include the impressive lobby with reception, lifts, seating areas and lobby bar, Wi-Fi is free in public areas and in the room. Furthermore, a main restaurant with a terrace (seasonal), two à la carte restaurants (once with a minimum stay of 7 nights with reservation), various bars, disco (drinks payable), an indoor pool (open from April 20th to May 20th) and the beautiful spa area. Various shops and a mini-market. In the garden there are freshwater swimming pools with a separate children's pool and another pool with four water slides (for a fee). Here and at the hotel's own beach with beach bar and jetty, loungers, cushions, sunshades and bath towels are included.

The facilities include a shower/WC, bathrobe and slippers, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, safe, centrally controlled and hourly regulated air conditioning, laminate flooring and a balcony facing the land side (D). Sea view rooms can be booked at an additional cost (DM). Double rooms can also be booked for single use (DE/DEM).

Double room Superior Sea View

The approx. 25 m² rooms have a double bed or two single beds and a daybed. The facilities include a shower/WC, bathrobe and slippers, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, safe, centrally controlled and hourly regulated air conditioning and laminate flooring. The rooms offer a balcony with a whirlpool and sea view (DMU). Double rooms can also be booked for single use (EMU). When booking this room category, you will receive a fruit basket and wine in your room upon arrival.

Double room Swim-Up

The approx. 25 m² rooms have a double bed or two single beds and a daybed. The facilities include a shower/WC, bathrobe and slippers, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, safe, centrally controlled and hourly regulated air conditioning and laminate flooring. The rooms offer direct access to the shared pool of this category and sea view (SWD). Double rooms can also be booked for single use (SWE). When booking this room category, you will receive a fruit basket and wine in your room upon arrival.

Family room

The approx. 48 m² rooms consist of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The facilities include a bathroom with shower/WC, bathrobe and slippers, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, safe, centrally controlled and hourly regulated air conditioning and laminate flooring (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the form of rich buffets. In addition, there is a late riser breakfast, various snack variations during the day, coffee/tea with pastries in the afternoon and an ice cream hour. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as selected imported drinks are included at the respective open bars from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. The minibar is filled with water and soft drinks upon arrival and refilled with water daily.
