Location

The hotel's own wide shingle/sand beach is about 200m away and easily accessible via an underpass beneath the Antalya–Alanya connecting road. Kızılot is located on the coast between Manavgat and Alanya. The center of Manavgat is about 15km away, and the historic site of Side with its ancient ruins is approx. 25km. Antalya Airport is around 90km away.

The hotel has 204 rooms spread across two interconnected blocks, each with six floors. Among the many amenities for a carefree holiday are the impressive lobby with reception, elevators, seating areas, and lobby bar. Wi-Fi is free in public areas and rooms. Furthermore, there is a main restaurant with a terrace (seasonal), two à la carte restaurants (one reservation needed for stays of at least 7 nights), various bars, a disco (drinks at a charge), an indoor pool (open from April 20th to May 20th), and a beautiful wellness area. There are also various shops and a mini-market. In the garden, you'll find fresh water swimming pools with a separate children's pool and another pool with four water slides (open on an hourly basis). Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included here and on the hotel's private beach with its beach bar and pier.

Double Room

The rooms are approximately 25 sqm and feature a double bed or two single beds, plus a daybed. Amenities include a shower/WC, bathrobe and slippers, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, minibar, tea and coffee-making facilities, safe, centrally controlled and regulated air conditioning (operational at certain hours), laminate flooring, and a balcony facing the land (D). Rooms with sea view are bookable at an extra charge (DM). Double rooms are also available for single occupancy (DE/DEM).

Double Room Superior Sea View

The rooms are approximately 25 sqm and feature a double bed or two single beds, plus a daybed. Amenities include a shower/WC, bathrobe and slippers, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, minibar, tea and coffee-making facilities, safe, centrally controlled and regulated air conditioning (operational at certain hours), and laminate flooring. The rooms offer a balcony with a whirlpool and sea view (DMU). Double rooms are also available for single occupancy (EMU). When booking this room category, you will receive a fruit basket and wine in your room on arrival.

Double Room Swim-Up

The rooms are approximately 25 sqm and feature a double bed or two single beds, plus a daybed. Amenities include a shower/WC, bathrobe and slippers, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, minibar, tea and coffee-making facilities, safe, centrally controlled and regulated air conditioning (operational at certain hours), and laminate flooring. The rooms offer direct access to the shared pool of this category and sea view (SWD). Double rooms are also available for single occupancy (SWE). When booking this room category, you will receive a fruit basket and wine in your room on arrival. Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children.
For safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen therefore requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types for children.

Family Room

The rooms are approximately 48 sqm and consist of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Amenities include a bathroom with shower/WC, bathrobe and slippers, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, minibar, tea and coffee-making facilities, safe, centrally controlled and regulated air conditioning (operational at certain hours), and laminate flooring (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in the form of extensive buffets. Additionally, there is a late riser's breakfast, various snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea with pastries in the afternoon, and an ice cream hour. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as selected imported drinks, are included at the open bars from 10 AM to 2 AM. The minibar is stocked with water and soft drinks upon arrival and replenished daily with water.
