The holiday residence is located approx. 50m from the sandy/pebble beach. The center of Incekum, with many shopping and entertainment venues, can be reached after approx. 3km. Alanya, a popular destination for many young people, is 24km away, and Antalya Airport is approx. 99km away.

The hotel has a total of 142 rooms spread over six floors. For a pleasant stay, the hotel offers 2 elevators, air conditioning, a nightclub, a reception and a lobby (no alcoholic drinks), as well as a main restaurant. The family rooms consist of 2 rooms with a connecting door. They feature similar amenities to the double rooms, but have a balcony and sea view (DF2).
