The resort is located approx. 50m from the sand/pebble beach. The center of Incekum, with many shopping and entertainment options, is about 3km away. Alanya, a popular destination for many young people, is 24km away, and Antalya airport is approx. 99km away.

The hotel has a total of 142 rooms spread over six floors. For a pleasant stay, the hotel offers 2 elevators, air conditioning, a disco, a reception and a lobby (no alcoholic beverages), as well as a main restaurant. Wi-Fi is free in the rooms and in public areas. In the garden area, there is a freshwater pool with a separate children's pool. Refreshing drinks can be enjoyed directly at the pool or beach bar. Umbrellas and sun loungers are available free of charge at the beach and by the pool.

Double room

These have a bathroom with shower/WC, TV, a double bed or two single beds, split air conditioning, safe, telephone, minibar, and hairdryer, balcony with land view (D). Sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DM). DZ=EZ for single use (DE) or with sea view (DEM) can be booked.

Family room

The family rooms consist of 2 rooms with an connecting door. They have similar amenities to the double rooms, but have a balcony and sea view (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet form, coffee and cake in the lobby bar (11 am - 11 pm), snacks at the beach, midnight soup, ice cream (on certain days, 4 times a week).
