The resort is located in the Incekum holiday region, directly on the hotel's own sandy beach (partly rocky). Avsallar and Alanya can be easily reached by taxi or public transport. The distance to Antalya Airport is approx. 95 km.

Wi-Fi is included in public areas and rooms. The extensive and well-maintained outdoor area features a pool landscape, a children's pool, sun terraces, and a pool/snackbar. The bright and modernly furnished rooms are located in the side buildings and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar, coffee/tea setup, safe, LED satellite TV with music channel, direct dial telephone, carpet and a balcony with garden view (D). Can be booked with sea view for an extra charge (DM). Double room for single use (DE/DEM).

With similar amenities to the double rooms, they consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door, a shower/WC, and an LED satellite TV each (DF2).

Slightly more spacious than the family rooms, located in the 6th building section with laminate flooring and an additional visually separated living area. Otherwise, same amenities (RES).
