The resort is located in the Incekum holiday region, directly on the hotel's own sandy beach (partly rocky). Avsallar and Alanya are easily accessible by taxi or public transport. The distance to Antalya Airport is approx. 95 km.

The hotel has 371 rooms spread across a main building. They offer a reception hall with a reception desk, lobby bar, and seating areas, as well as six side buildings. Further facilities include a patisserie, restaurants, bars, a spa area with an indoor pool (open during the winter season), and a library. A conference room, hairdresser, and shops are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included in public areas and rooms. The extensive and well-maintained outdoor area features a pool landscape, children's pool, sun terraces, and a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included here and on the beach with a beach/snackbar.

Double Room

The bright and modernly furnished rooms are located in the side buildings and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar, coffee/tea making facilities, safe, LED satellite TV with music channel, direct dial telephone, carpeted floors, and a balcony with garden view (D). Can be booked with sea view for an extra charge (DM). Double room for single use (DE/DEM).

Family Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door, a shower/WC, and an LED satellite TV in each (DF2).

Residence Room

Slightly more spacious than the family rooms, located in the 6th building section with laminate flooring and an additional visually separated living area. Otherwise, same amenities (RES).

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these are located in the side building and have their own pool access (SWD). Double room for single use (SWE).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, snacks available during the day, coffee/tea and cakes in the afternoon, and midnight snacks. A variety of imported and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available around the clock at the open bars. The minibar is replenished daily with water and soft drinks.
