Location

The hotel is located directly on the long, sandy beach of Incekum. The resort of Avsallar with its various shopping and entertainment facilities is just a few minutes' walk away. Alanya is approx. 23 km away, public minibus connections are available along the coastal road.

Facilities

The holiday complex offers 168 rooms in three buildings. The diverse amenities include a lobby with a reception area and comfortable seating, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (included upon prior reservation and availability), bars, a lounge with a satellite TV corner, and for a fee, a mini-market, various shops, and a hairdresser. Wi-Fi is included throughout the resort. In the beautifully landscaped garden, you will find a freshwater swimming pool facing the sea, a sun terrace, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are free of charge for our guests here and at the beach section with its own beach bar.

Accommodation

Double Room Sea View

The modernly designed rooms consist of one space and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually controlled), minibar, tiled floor, and a balcony or terrace with sea view (DM). Double rooms can also be booked for single occupancy (DEM).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms with land view (SSZ).

Deluxe Double Room Beach Sea View

Located in the annex building, these rooms offer similar amenities to the double rooms but are slightly more spacious and feature a terrace with a direct sea view (DDM). From Summer 26, "Beach Pavilions" are included for this room category.

Family Room Sea View

These sea view rooms are spread over two floors with the same amenities as the double rooms. The lower level has a bedroom with shower/WC. The upper, open-plan level, accessible by stairs, also offers a bedroom. The family rooms are located in the annex building on the 3rd floor without a lift and have a direct sea view (FM2).
(Also bookable under AYTA67 as a maisonette (M2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, late riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, coffee, tea, and cake in the afternoon. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included at the respective open bars from 10 AM to 2 AM. Your minibar will be stocked with water and soft drinks upon arrival.
