Location

The holiday hotel is located directly on the long sandy beach of Incekum. The resort of Avsallar with various shopping and entertainment facilities is only a few minutes' walk away. Alanya is approx. 23 km away, public minibus connections are available on the coastal road.

Facilities

The holiday complex offers 168 rooms in three buildings. The diverse amenities of your hotel include the lobby with a reception and comfortable seating areas, the buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (included with prior reservation and subject to availability), bars, a lounge with a satellite TV corner, and for a fee, a minimarket, various shops, and a hairdresser. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. In the beautifully landscaped garden, you will find the freshwater swimming pool facing the sea, the sun terrace, and a pool/snackbar. Here and on the beach section with its own beach bar, sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are free of charge for our guests.

Accommodation

Double room sea view

The modernly designed rooms consist of one space and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individual), minibar, tiled floor, and a balcony or terrace with sea view (DM). Double room for single use (DEM).

Super Saver Room

Are identical to the double rooms with land view (SSZ).

Deluxe Double Room Sea View

They are located in the outbuilding and, with similar amenities to the double rooms, are slightly more spacious and feature a terrace with a direct sea view (DDM). From summer 2026, the "Beach Pavilions" are included for this room category.

Family Room Sea View

The rooms with sea view are spread over two floors with the same amenities as the double rooms. The lower area has a bedroom with shower/WC. The upper, open-plan floor, which can be reached by stairs, also offers a bedroom. The family rooms are located in the outbuilding on the 3rd floor without a lift and have a direct sea view (FM2).
(Also bookable under AYTA67 as a maisonette (M2).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive +

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, late riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, coffee, tea, and cake in the afternoon. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and some imported drinks are included at the open bars from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. Your minibar will be stocked with water and soft drinks upon arrival.

Not included in All Inclusive +

Imported drinks, freshly squeezed juices, bottled drinks, and drinks after midnight.
