The hotel is located directly on its own sandy beach in Avsallar. Numerous shopping facilities are just a few minutes' walk away. The city of Alanya with its entertainment options is approx. 20 km away. Public transport is available.

The luxury hotel consists of a main building with seven floors and a side building with four floors, offering a total of 402 rooms. The reception area houses the reception, lifts, a lobby with comfortable seating areas, and the lobby bar. Facilities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace area, two à la carte restaurants (for a fee), several bars, and a patisserie. Conference rooms and a mini-market are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The hotel also offers an indoor pool with a separate children's pool (open during the winter season) and a spa area. The impressively designed outdoor area features a funfair (hourly in the evenings for children), two freshwater swimming pools with separate children's and baby pools, a pool/snack bar, and an aqua park (heated in winter depending on weather) with four water slides (hourly). Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included at the beach bar.

Deluxe Double Room

The modern rooms in the main or side building feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, central air conditioning, a desk, safe, minibar, coffee/tea making facilities, LCD satellite TV with music channel, direct dial telephone, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DM). Double room for single use (DD1/1DM/from Summer 25 DE/DEM).

Superior Room (Summer 2025)

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room, these rooms are slightly more spacious and additionally offer a whirlpool and sea view (DSM/Summer'25 DMU).

Double Room Swim Up (Summer 2025)

Located in the side building, these rooms offer the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room, with a terrace with loungers and direct pool access, as well as pool view (SWD).

Junior Suite Sea View

Located in the main building, these rooms offer the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, with a double bed and a single bed in a large room, and sea view (J2M).

King Suite

Features two bedrooms with a connecting door, each with a shower/WC, 40" LCD TV, safe, minibar, tea and coffee set, VRF central air conditioning, ceiling fan, desk, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes, slippers, telephone, and hairdryer. Each of these suites has a terrace with a whirlpool, seating area, sun lounger, and umbrella (KS). Sea view is available at an additional charge (MSK).

Villa Suite Type A

This suite in the villa area offers the same amenities as the Deluxe Rooms, with two separate bedrooms connected by a small hallway, each with a shower/WC and LCD satellite TV, and land view (SA).

Superior Suite (Summer 2025)

The Superior Suite is equipped with 2 bedrooms with a connecting door, each with a shower/WC, 40" LCD TV, safe, minibar, tea and coffee set, central air conditioning, telephone, and hairdryer, as well as a side sea view (2ZS).

Suite Type B

This suite in the villa area offers a living room, two separate bedrooms each with a shower/WC, LCD satellite TV, safe, minibar, tea and coffee set, VRF central air conditioning, ceiling fan, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes, slippers, telephone, and hairdryer. Each of these suites has a terrace with a whirlpool and a seating area with land view (SB/from Summer'25 2SB).

Platinum Suite

Offers three separate bedrooms spread over two floors. Each bedroom has its own shower/WC, 40" LCD TV, safe, minibar, tea and coffee set, VRF central air conditioning, ceiling fan, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes, slippers, telephone, and hairdryer. Each of these suites has a terrace with a whirlpool, seating area, sun lounger, umbrella, and garden/land view (SC).

Duplex Suite

This suite offers two bedrooms on two levels in a maisonette style. Each room has its own shower/WC, LCD satellite TV, safe, minibar, tea and coffee set, VRF central air conditioning, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes, slippers, telephone, and hairdryer. These suites have a land view (S2X).

Deluxe Double Room (AYTB81)

The Deluxe Double Rooms do not have direct pool access, but feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, hourly central air conditioning, desk, safe, minibar, coffee/tea making facilities, LCD satellite TV with music channel, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi, laminate flooring, and a balcony.
Available at an additional charge with sea view (DDM) or direct pool access and terrace instead of a balcony under room code SWD.

Deluxe Double Room Whirlpool (Summer 2026)

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room, these rooms are slightly more spacious and additionally offer a whirlpool and sea view (DDJ).

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room, these rooms feature a terrace with loungers and direct pool access, as well as pool view (SWD).

Family Suite (Summer 2026)

This spacious suite consists of two bedrooms with a connecting door, a living area, two bathrooms/WCs, a living area, as well as air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Amenities also include a coffee/tea setup, two minibars, two LED TVs, two safes, and a balcony or terrace. (2FM).

Buffet breakfast and late riser breakfast, with fresh orange juice. Lunch and dinner are also served from extensive buffets. Pastries at the patisserie and various snacks are available during the day.
