The hotel is located directly on its own private sandy beach in Avsallar. Numerous shopping facilities are just a few minutes' walk away. The city of Alanya with its entertainment options is approx. 20 km away. Public transport is available.

The luxury hotel consists of a main building with seven floors and an annex building with four floors, featuring a total of 402 rooms. In the lobby area, there is a reception, elevators, a lounge with comfortable seating groups, and the lobby bar. Facilities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace area, two à-la-carte restaurants (for a fee), several bars, and a patisserie. Conference rooms and a mini-market are available, each for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel area. Furthermore, the hotel offers an indoor pool with a separate children's pool (open during the winter season) and a spa area. The impressively landscaped outdoor area features a luna park (open hourly in the evenings for children), two freshwater swimming pools with a separate children's pool and baby pool, a pool/snack bar, and an aquapark (heated in winter depending on weather conditions) with four water slides (open hourly). Sun loungers, parasols, and bath towels are included at the beach and beach bar.

Deluxe Double Room

The modern rooms in the main and annex buildings feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, air conditioning (central), desk, safe, minibar, coffee/tea setup, LCD satellite TV with music channel, direct-dial telephone, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Rooms with sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DM). Double room for single use (DD1/1DM/from Summer 25 DE/DEM).

Junior Suite Sea View

The rooms are located in the main building and offer the same features as the double rooms, with a double bed and a single bed in one large room, and feature a sea view (J2M).

King Suite

Offers two bedrooms with a connecting door, each with a shower/WC, 40" LCD TV, safe, minibar, tea and coffee set, VRF air conditioning (central), ceiling fan, desk, vanity mirror, bathrobes, slippers, telephone, hairdryer. Each of these suites features a terrace with a whirlpool, seating group, sun lounger, and parasol (KS). Sea view can be booked for an additional charge (MSK).

Villa Suite Type A

This suite in the villa area offers the same features as the deluxe rooms, with two separate bedrooms connected by a small hallway, each with a shower/WC, LCD satellite TV, and land view (SA).

Platinum Villa Suite Type B

This suite in the villa area offers a living room, two separate bedrooms, each with a shower/WC, LCD satellite TV, safe, minibar, tea and coffee set, VRF air conditioning (central), ceiling fan, vanity mirror, bathrobes, slippers, telephone, hairdryer. Each of these suites features a terrace with a whirlpool and a seating group with a sea view (SB/from Summer 25 2SB).

Platinum Suite

Offers three separate bedrooms over two floors. Each bedroom has its own shower/WC, 40" LCD TV, safe, minibar, tea and coffee set, VRF air conditioning (central), ceiling fan, vanity mirror, bathrobes, slippers, telephone, hairdryer. Each of these suites features a terrace with a whirlpool, seating group, sun lounger, parasol, and garden/land view (SC).

Duplex Suite

This suite offers two bedrooms over two floors in maisonette style. Each room has its own shower/WC, LCD satellite TV, safe, minibar, tea and coffee set, VRF air conditioning (central), vanity mirror, bathrobes, slippers, telephone, hairdryer. These suites feature a land view (S2X).

Superior Room (Summer 2025)

With the same features as the Deluxe double rooms, these are slightly more spacious and additionally offer a whirlpool and sea view (DDJ).

Deluxe Double Room Whirlpool (Summer 2026)

With the same features as the Deluxe double rooms, these are slightly more spacious and additionally offer an in-room whirlpool and sea view (DDJ).

Double Room Swim Up (Summer 2025)

Located in the annex building, these offer the same features as the Deluxe double rooms, plus a terrace with sun loungers, direct pool access, and pool view (SWD).

Deluxe Double Room Swim-up (Summer 2026)

With the same features as the Deluxe double rooms, these offer a terrace with sun loungers, direct access to the shared pool, and pool view (SWD).

Superior Suite (Summer 2025)

The Superior Suite is equipped with 2 bedrooms with a connecting door, each with a shower/WC, 40" LCD TV, safe, minibar, tea and coffee set, air conditioning (central), telephone, and hairdryer, as well as a partial sea view (2ZS).

Family Suite (Summer 2026)

This spacious suite consists of two bedrooms with a connecting door, two bathrooms/WC, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. The equipment also includes a coffee/tea setup, two minibars, two LED TVs, two safes, as well as a balcony or terrace (2FM).
Bookable under AYTB81 as 2FS.

Deluxe Double Room (AYTB81)

The Deluxe double rooms do not have direct pool access and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, air conditioning (centrally controlled, hourly), desk, safe, minibar, coffee/tea setup, LCD satellite TV with music channel, direct-dial telephone, Wi-Fi, laminate flooring, and balcony.
Available with a sea view (DDM) for an additional charge, or with direct pool access and a terrace instead of a balcony, bookable under the room code SWD.
Note regarding Swim-Up rooms: Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety hazard for small children. Therefore, for safety reasons, a minimum age of 6 years applies for children when booking these room types with Schauinsland-Reisen.

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast and late-riser breakfast from the buffet, including freshly squeezed orange juice; lunch and dinner are also served as extensive buffets. Throughout the day, pastries are available at the patisserie, along with various snacks. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported beverages, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Upon arrival, your minibar is stocked with beer, soft drinks, mineral water, and still water, with daily replenishment as required.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Energy drinks, other imported beverages, bottled drinks, all à-la-carte restaurants, and beach pavilions.
